RESPONSIBILITIES

• Efficiently, develop, direct and coordinate marketing/sales activities and policies to achieve the company’s business strategies.
• Actively sell products to existing and prospective customers.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales efforts with fellow sales representatives.
• Supply management with monthly reports on sales achievements, customer needs, market competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
• Continuously improve through training and feedback.

REQUIREMENT

• University degree in any discipline.
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
• Sales experience desirable but not essential.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales desirable.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
