Project Management of High Rise building construction and infrastructure projects on behalf of the company.
Liaising with building contractors and sub-contractors and suppliers, Architects and Engineers to ensure sound logistics and planning coordination for project completion.
Project execution to time and cost and quality by applying the necessary Project Management tools with adaptability to local situations.
Coordination of all Project Management team and equipment, materials and resources and on behalf of the company.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
First Degree or Higher Degree in Building, Civil, Architecture with relevant Project Management qualification.
8- 10 yrs experience at supervisory and management of all trades on the building site at a Grade 'Pi Construction Company on large projects.
