1、 The ability to understand and translate business requirements into infrastructure service developments and improvements;
2、 An experienced solution designer, familiar with telecom operator service and mobile internet service status and trend;
3、 Has effective and direct communications with global Operator’s C-Level management like CEO, CMO, CTO etc
4、 Experience in creating Executive Presentations;
5、 Has wide connections and influence to the industry partners;
6、 Effectively manage third party relationships to help build and deliver technical, service and solution innovations.
7、 Contributing to the innovation of mobile internet digital services in the WA region.
8、 Creating and maintaining financial and budget plans.
9、 Experience within the Telecommunications market and service delivery industry.
10、 Must be result oriented and ambitious and able to communicate across all levels of management.
Desired Skills and Experience
1、 An experienced solution designer, familiar with telecom operator service and mobile internet service status and trend;
2、 Has effective and direct communications with global Operator’s C-Level management like CEO, CMO, CTO etc
3、 Effectively manage third party relationships to help build and deliver technical, service and solution innovations.
4、 Minimum 8+ years of solution, project, and or change management of successfully delivery in support of sales and marketing;
5、 Business process design experience and implementation;
6、 Ability to work in a multi- dimensional team with strong communication (verbal and written) and inter-personal skills;
7、 Industrial working experience is preferred.
