    Lead HVAC Commissioning Engineer

    Description

    TASKS/ACTIVITIES

    • The Lead HVAC Commissioning Engineer will be responsible for the FPSO HVAC discipline commissioning.
    • The Lead HVAC Commissioning Engineer will:
    • Be the focal point within the HVAC discipline for the entities involved in the definition and preparation of the commissioning activities related to the HVAC discipline.
    • Ensure that all activities related to HVAC discipline commissioning are defined correctly.
    • Review the Contractors testing and commissioning procedures, schedule, and execution plans.
    • Identify and address all interface issues with other disciplines with respect to the HVAC commissioning activities.
    • Organize the preparation and supervise the safe execution of the HVAC commissioning activities.
    • Assist the FPSO commissioning leader in all FPSO commissioning issues.

    SERVICE DESCRIPTION

    Inspection Engineer

    Description

    NECESSARY PROFILE

    Education: Mechanical Engineer or Inspector with level 1 qualifications.

    Professional experiences: 10 to 12 years experience in Maintenance and Inspection in operations, engineering, subsea engineering either in oil companies as leader in Headquarters, Project or Subsidiary or in engineering, of which ideally 5 years experience in Inspection.

    Shall be fully conversant with Subsea inspection techniques and work methods. The SERVICE holder, within the frame work of an integrated Project team during Construction and Commissioning, will be:

    • - One of the Inspection Engineers within the Field Operations/MIN team for the EGINA Development Project.
    • - Involved in the execution of Baseline inspections and collecting of the relevant data.
    • - A contributor to the Definition and Coordination activities related to Inspection along the Development Project.
    • - An advisor to work packages, providing expert appraisal and proposing the appropriate studies.
    • - Expected to assist in the issuance of the inspection plans.
    • - Expected to define and supervise studies of Inspection, specific Sub Sea and Hull inspection, guarantees the technical expertise and ensures respect of deadlines and costs.
    • - Required to define the Inspection policy, organizations, and procedures and advise on the Inspection budget.
    • - Required to Set-up and maintain the Inspection Data base for all applicable equipment.
    • - Responsible for ensuring proper follow-up/filling of the technical documentation including certificates.
    • - Required to follow up the inspections carried out by Authorities and Certifying authorities.
    • - Responsible for performing specific inspections or analysis about corrosion, cracks or other unforeseen defects.
    • - Responsible for the written scope of Inspection work generated by MIE contractor
    • - Responsible to provide technical assistance and support to the various site users about corrosion control, welding techniques, and other technical matters in accordance with own field of expertise.
