Workshop Manager at C&K Tempgates Nigeria Limited

Key Responsibilities

• The Workshop Manager is responsible for overseeing daily workshop operations and ensuring efficient use of resources. 
• Planning and assigning work, supervising technicians and artisans, monitoring job progress.
• Maintaining high standards of safety and quality of work done
• The Workshop Manager will coordinate trucks repairs and maintenance.
• Manage tools and spare parts inventory, and ensure that all work complies with company procedures and client specifications.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects by liaising with the Project Manager and ensure technicians carryout their assigned duties efficiently. 

Qualifications

• Strong background in workshop supervision or Management within industrial, mechanical, or engineering environments.
• Relevant technical qualification (Degree in Mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, or related field).
• Professional certifications in Automobile is an added advantage.
• Experience in Automotive industry is mandatory.
