    Wealth Manager

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time, hybrid role. The Liability Generation Manager will be responsible for driving deposit mobilisation and growing the Bank's liability portfolio through the acquisition, development, and management of relationships with individual, corporate, institutional, and public-sector customers.
    • The role holder will develop and execute business development strategies aimed at achieving assigned deposit targets while ensuring customer retention and portfolio growth.
    • The ideal candidate should possess strong business development, relationship management, negotiation, and leadership skills, with a proven track record of achieving liability generation targets within the banking or financial services sector.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive deposit mobilization and grow the Bank's liability portfolio.
    • Develop and execute strategies for acquiring and retaining high-value customers.
    • Source deposits from individuals, SMEs, corporate organizations, associations, and institutions.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
    • Lead business development initiatives to achieve assigned funding targets.
    • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
    • Prepare and present periodic performance and pipeline reports.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree/HND in a relevant field.
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in deposit mobilization, business development, relationship management, or a similar role within the financial services industry.
    • Proven track record of achieving liability generation targets.
    • Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
