Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Van Delivery Representative (VDR) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to retailers and wholesalers. The role also involves supporting route execution, customer engagement, and basic sales-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver products accurately and within scheduled timelines.
• Achieve assigned billing and customer visit targets.
• Follow designated routes and delivery schedules.
• Collect and reconcile customer payments.
• Ensure proper collection and return of empties.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Support effective sales execution and distribution activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE qualification.
• 0–1 year of experience (delivery, logistics, or sales experience is an added advantage).
• Valid driver’s license with proven driving experience.
• Physically fit and able to handle delivery operations.
• Willingness to travel within assigned routes.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
