    Tech Whisperer

    • In this role, you will be part of a team providing direct (in-person) support services, teaching members and potential members how to use our app and other digital health solutions. You will engage with individuals who visit our NudgHubs™, attend our outreaches, or interact with our roving community ambassadors. Acting as a digital shadow for the members, you will build their digital/smartphone literacy.

    Responsibilities:

    • Follow established protocols and guidelines to deliver effective tech support.
    • Support members in navigating and using digital health solutions (CompleteHealth ™ and NaviHealth.ai ™ platforms).
    • Provide personalized guidance and support to enhance members’ digital literacy.
    • Work closely with our members to help them understand and utilize technology to improve their health and wellness.
    • Collaborate with the NudgHub™/mDoc leadership team to create an environment that reflects the values of mDoc Healthcare, including respect for members and team members.
    • Ensure optimal member-centered care and experience, prioritizing the needs and responses of members.
    • Be data-driven, constantly assessing and responding to members' needs based on data insights.
    • Demonstrate initiative, willingness to learn and grow, and add value to a startup company focused on health and wellness improvement.

    Requirements:

    • Comfortable with technology, digital apps, and web platforms.
    • Ability to support and respond to the needs of groups of individuals.
    • Adaptable and responsive to changing member needs.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Fluent in English, Pidgin, and Yoruba.
    • Passionate about improving health and wellness in sub-Saharan Africa.
    • Previous experience in a similar role or in the health/technology sector is a plus.

    Sales Representative

    • We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales of our various solutions, promoting our comprehensive healthcare services across various locations within the state. This position is ideal for someone passionate about making a difference and not afraid to engage directly with individuals to build relationships and drive impact.

    Daily Duties Include:

    • Develop and execute sales outreach strategies to drive enrollment on our various services.
    • Promote mDoc’s CompleteHealth™ platform to individuals, highlighting its whole-person support approach and the integration of AI with human coaching.
    • Engage with local organizations, community leaders, and potential partners to create awareness and referrals to our solutions.
    • Organize and participate in community events to increase visibility and understanding of mDoc’s offerings.
    • Provide education and information to potential members on the benefits of the NudgeHub™ and mDoc’s holistic approach to healthcare.
    • Achieve monthly enrollment targets by converting leads into active users of our services.
    • Stay updated on mDoc’s services, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively communicate value propositions.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Minimum Higher National Diploma degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
    • 1-3 years of experience in sales, community outreach, or a related role, preferably in the healthcare or digital health industry.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/enrollment targets.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence community stakeholders.
    • Experience using microsoft office tools
    • Comfortable working in diverse community settings and engaging with underserved populations.
    • Passionate about mDoc’s mission and committed to driving impact in the healthcare sector.
