    Team Member, Testing & Quality Assurance

    Job Objective(s)

    • To design, build and maintain software test plans as well as execute test cases.

    Responsibilities

    • Review Requirement Specification Document for completeness.
    • Attend user review sessions with stakeholders based on documented requirements.
    • Create and maintain the Test plan document.
    • Design test scenarios Identify and break down necessary test steps required to test the new solution.
    • Ensure all mandatory SIT entry criteria are adhered to.
    • Create tasks on the Application Life Cycle Management tool.
    • Prepare Test scripts based on planned test scenarios.
    • Design, develop and execute reusable and maintainable test cases.
    • The document, track, and escalate all identified defects as appropriate.
    • Carry out a Regression test after all the defects have been resolved.
    • Send periodic test status updates to project stakeholders.
    • Defect Analysis & Reporting.
    • Coordinate Re-tests for fixes/ defects/ bugs.
    • Close defects and update defect logs on closure.
    • Document Test Summary report after successful completion of Test.
    • Update the Test Plan, Test cases, and other test artifacts with changes (if any).
    • Ensure the developer reviews the source code via the agreed Application Security Testing tool.
    • Communicate test closure to the appropriate department in the software development lifecycle.
    • Update and Close tasks on the Application Life Cycle Management tool (TFS).
    • Peer reviews and Document reviews for both test plans and summary reports.
    • Attend team meetings and functional sessions.

    Qualifications

    • First Degree in an IT-related field
    • Relevant certifications will be added advantage
    • Minimum of 3 years of related experience.

    Team Member, System Security Management

    Job Objective(s)

    • To ensure all systems have the required minimum operating system patch
    • Manage internet usage across the group for Staff, Vendors, and Partners.
    • Public domain infrastructure administration for the group

    Responsibilities

    • Endpoint Security Management on ATMs
    • Ensure all ATMs are protected
    • Prevent the running of unauthorized applications on ATMs
    • Check against unsolicited USB access on our ATMs
    • To ensure all systems have the required minimum operating system patch
    • Review of system patch update reports from System Configuration Centre Management.
    • Test and validate newly released security patches.
    • Deploy/apply security patch updates on all endpoints.
    • Reviewing and analyzing new System’s security technology and trend
    • Maintain up-to-date detailed knowledge of the IT Systems security industry including awareness of new or revised security solutions improved security processes and the development of new attacks and threat vectors.
    • Recommend additional Systems security solutions or enhancements to existing security solutions to improve overall enterprise systems security.
    • Perform the deployment, integration, and initial configuration of all new systems solutions and of any enhancements to existing security solutions in accordance with standard best operating procedures generically and the enterprise’s network documents specifically.
    • Perform other duties as may be assigned by the team lead, System Security Management.
    • Manage internet usage across the group for Staff, Vendors, and Partners.
    • Create and maintain internet access policies for effective bandwidth utilization and cost optimization.
    • Monitor and manage users’ access to internet resources within the group.
    • Implement policies that prevent users from accessing malicious sites.

    Qualifications

    • First Degree in Computer Science or any engineering discipline with strong IT/Information security background/certification
    • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in Systems security or related field

    Team Member, Voice, Video, Contact Center & Wireless Services

    Job Objective(s)

    • Ensure the stability and integrity of in-house wireless network services, Video and Voice services.

    Responsibilities

    • Implement short- and long-term strategic plans to ensure WLAN and LAN infrastructure capacity meets existing and future business requirements.
    • Support, setup, and configure switching, wireless networks, routing, and security, and multi-server environments.
    • Configuring and installing client and server network software for upgrading and maintaining LAN and LAN network and telecommunication systems.
    • Managing assigned projects and program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives.
    • Responding to inquiries from staff, administrators, service providers, site personnel and outside vendors and etc. to provide technical assistance and support.
    • Troubleshooting malfunctions of network hardware and software applications, telephones and security systems to resolve operational issues and restore services.
    • Responsible for updating/maintenance of business security and auditing requirements.
    • Prepare reports and other documentation for Network Services Support and associated efforts.

    • Adhere to change policies and all IT Operations process/procedures and Configuration items.
    • Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Network Availability & Performance Monitoring.
    • Ensure the stability and integrity of in-house wireless network services, Video and Voice services.
    • Developing wireless local area networks (WLANs) across the organization.
    • Analyze and resolve WLAN hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end-user training where required.
    • This includes developing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all new and existing network hardware, software, and communication links.
    • To ensure continuous uninterrupted operation of network and communication infrastructure within the frame of the agreed service levels.
    • To manage business continuity and disaster recovery operations and ensure there is99.99% service Availability and zero data loss in the event of disaster events.
