    Store / Admin Officer

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Ensuring optimal utilization of space in the warehouse by arranging stock items properly for easy identification and counting.
    • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock counts, and item specifications.
    • Monitor inventory levels and generate reports for reordering stock when necessary.
    • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies in both stocks and receivables.
    • Minimize inventory shrinkage through loss prevention measures.
    • Safely handle and store hazardous materials following safety guidelines.
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store or warehouse environment.
    • Managing all the assets in the office properly.

    Requirements

    Bachelor's Degree / HND in Business Administration / Store Management or other relevant fields.
    Minimum of 3 years cognate work experience in Store Management and Administration.
    Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suites and inventory applications like Tally ERP
    Basic knowledge of inventory management and administrative duties.
    Excellent reconciliation skills.
    Strong interpersonal skills.
    Excellent organizational skills
    Attention to detail.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Internal Auditor

     Responsibilities 

    • Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management over operation’s effectiveness, financial responsibility and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.
    • Review accounting controls by recommending modifications to accounting systems, policies and procedures.
    • Detailed execution of internal audit checks for stocks, receivables, payables, cash and non-current assets.
    • Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement.
    • Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings.
    • Maintain open communication with management and staff as situation demands.

     Requirements

    • B.Sc./HND in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
    • Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in financial accounting, auditing or the combination of both.
    • ACCA/ACA is required.
    • Sound knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, QuickBooks, Tally, and other standard Accounting Software Packages.
    • Strong understanding of audit principles and practices, accounting and internal control processes.
