Requirements

• Candidate must have between 5 years verifiable experience in a construction industry.
• Candidate must also have a Bachelor’s Degree at a 2nd Class Upper Level and above in civil or structural engineering,
• The following skills/competencies are required to be successful in the role:
• Read technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
• In-depth knowledge of engineering, technology, building, construction, and design.
• Prepare an execution plan from the master plan submitted, breaking down the work elements and how it will be executed
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills
• Should be able to work in a team
• Expected start date: As soon as possible

• Material testing knowledge 
• Comprehensive Cube test
• Slump test procedures
• Identify suitable materials for concrete production.
