    Senior Performance Marketing Manager

    Responsibilities:

    Testing & Optimization:

    • Design and implement rigorous A/B and multivariate testing programs to continually improve campaign performance.
    • Design and execute comprehensive testing programs to continuously improve ad performance, including split testing different ad variables and experimenting with new strategies.
    • Analyze test results and apply data-driven insights to refine targeting, creatives, and ad formats.

    Performance Reporting & Analysis:

    • Develop, implement, and enforce standardized naming conventions for campaigns, ad sets, and creatives to ensure consistency and ease of reporting.
    • Develop and present comprehensive performance reports, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
    • Generate detailed performance reports, providing insights into the effectiveness of campaigns. Use data to inform future testing strategies and optimization efforts.

    Creative Testing & Optimization:

    • Partner closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, including images, copy, and layouts that resonate with target audiences and align with campaign objectives.
    • Design and execute creative testing programs to identify top-performing ad variations, including different image formats, copy approaches, and video content.
    • Analyze the performance of creative assets, providing actionable feedback to refine and optimize future ad creatives.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Partner with client success to enhance client satisfaction, visibility, and support processes designed to expand budgets.
    • Serve as the marketing point-of-contact, offering updates via email and joining calls to answer questions.
    • Manage new campaign launches and offer participation processes to ensure successful execution.
    • Guide providers through marketing requests or issues, escalating to functional leaders when needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
    • 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency setting.
    • At least 3 years of experience with using Meta Ads for lead generation, and being solely responsible for improving performance.
    • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders.
    • Proven ability to handle multiple account management projects simultaneously while maintaining keen attention to detail.
    • Strong negotiation, listening, and presentation skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
    • Project management or sales experience is a plus.
    • Approachable personality with a client-focused mindset.
    • Bonus: Experience in the aesthetics industry, including medspas, plastic surgery, or beauty sectors.

    GoHighLevel Marketing Specialist

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Marketing Automation Management: Manage marketing automation flows in GoHighLevel, ensuring database accuracy and analyzing campaign performance.
    • Operational Efficiency: Maintain efficient marketing operational processes and resolve any bottlenecks
    • Automation and Streamlining: Set up new automations and integrations through Zapier to streamline internal operations
    • Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze campaign performance and provide insights to optimize marketing strategies.
    • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
    • LMS Experience: Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), specifically, Kartra, is advantageous.

    What Success Looks Like:

    • Efficient Processes: Streamlined and efficient marketing operations processes that enhance team productivity.
    • Effective Automations: Successfully implemented automations and integrations that improve workflow and campaign execution.
    • Accurate Data: A well-maintained and accurate marketing database that supports effective targeting and personalization.
    • Optimized Campaigns: Improved campaign performance through detailed analysis and actionable insights.

    Key Qualifications:

    • Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a proven track record of success.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using APIs, Zapier, Calendly automations, and GoHighLevel for automation and streamlining of internal processes
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance in Facebook/Instagram ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and identify areas for improvement.
    • Longevity: Demonstrated longevity in previous roles is a must, with at least 2+ years at a company. Job hoppers will not be considered.
    • Additional Skills: Experience with LMS is advantageous, specifically Kartra.
