Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web and mobile applications.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Oversee the development lifecycle to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Integrate and implement advanced features, including Facial Biometrics, Geo-Fencing, and Geo-Location technologies.
• Write and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and SQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Optimize application performance, diagnose and resolve technical issues, and ensure seamless user experiences.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce adherence to high coding standards and best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in fullstack development.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in fullstack development for web and mobile platforms.
• Proven experience leading and managing development teams.
• Proficiency in frontend frameworks like React and backend technologies such as Node.js, Django, or similar.
• Strong understanding of mobile app development for Android and iOS platforms.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and backend service integration.
• Proficiency with version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver complex projects.

Technical Expertise:

• Advanced skills in frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Backend expertise in Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), PHP, SQL or similar frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Facial Biometrics integration.
• Knowledge of Geo-Fencing and Geo-Location features.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux.
• Ability to deploy applications to web and mobile platforms.

Additional Requirements:

• Must provide proof of past projects demonstrating leadership and expertise in fullstack development.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate a team of developers.
• Must be based in Abuja or willing to relocate.
