    Senior Data Analyst

    • The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for interpreting and analysing complex data sets to provide actionable insights that will guide decision-making within our BPO operations. This role requires a strong understanding of data analysis techniques, advanced Excel skills, and proficiency in SQL and analytics tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and client management teams, to turn data into meaningful insights that improve performance and client outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Data Analysis & Reporting:

    • Conduct thorough analysis of large and complex data sets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business operations and client success. Deliver regular reports to internal stakeholders and clients with actionable recommendations.

    Advanced Data Modeling:

    • Design and implement data models and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making. Use predictive modeling, trend analysis, and statistical techniques to uncover key insights and optimize business processes.

    Collaboration with Stakeholders:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, operations, client management, and marketing) to understand data needs and provide data-driven solutions. Translate business requirements into actionable data analyses and reporting formats.

    Process Optimization:

    • Identify inefficiencies within business processes and suggest improvements based on data analysis. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop benchmarks for performance evaluation.

    Client Data Support:

    • Work directly with clients to understand their data requirements, provide insights into their business performance, and deliver custom analytics solutions that align with their goals. Present findings and explain complex data insights in an easily digestible manner.

    Data Integrity & Quality:

    • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data used for analysis. Conduct regular audits of data sources to identify any discrepancies and take corrective actions when necessary.

    Qualifications:

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Analytics Professional) is a plus.

    Experience:

    • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in the BPO, or service-oriented industries. Proven track record of analyzing complex data sets and delivering actionable insights that drive business improvements.

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into clear recommendations.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a simple and understandable manner for both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
    • Knowledge of programming languages.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality and integrity.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities.
    • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of BPO operations and performance metrics.
    • Proven ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Experience in managing client-facing data reports and presentations.
    • Familiarity with data privacy and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

    Senior Software Engineer

    Key Responsibilities:

    Software Design & Development:

    • Lead the design, development, and deployment of software solutions, ensuring they meet the business needs of our BPO clients.

    Code Review:

    • Conduct code reviews to ensure the quality, scalability, and maintainability of software.

    Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work:

    • Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and QA teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals.

    Performance Optimization:

    • Continuously monitor and improve the performance and scalability of applications, particularly in areas like speed, resource utilization, and data handling in BPO systems.

    Bug Fixing & Issue Resolution:

    • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and issues. Ensure that issues are addressed in a timely manner, minimizing impact on operations.

    Technology Evaluation & Adoption:

    • Stay current with emerging technologies, programming languages, and development frameworks. Propose and implement improvements to the software development process and technology stack.

    Client-Focused Development:

    • Develop custom solutions for clients, ensuring that the software meets client-specific needs. Collaborate with client-facing teams to understand requirements and provide technical input on solution feasibility.

    Qualifications:

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications is a plus.

    Experience:

    • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong track record of delivering complex applications in a BPO setting. Experience in designing and implementing software systems that integrate with business processes is highly desirable.

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.
    • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • High attention to detail and ability to ensure quality in every stage of the development process.
    • Understanding of security best practices and the ability to build secure applications.
    • Familiarity with DevOps practices and automation tools.
