    Senior Accountant

    Job Description

    • Managing thecompany's financial activities such as: Audit support, Financial reporting, Budgeting and Forecasting, Internal controls, Data Analysis, Accounting Operations,Compliance, etc.

    Responsibilities

    • Candidate will be saddled with the responsibilities of managing / Processing Payroll, Inventory, work with regulatory agencies, develop and impliment new accounting systems or processes, make Financial decisions, posting and reconcile accounts payable and receivables, producing error free accounting reports and representing results, maintain accurate records of financial statements of the company.

    Educational Qualification and Experience

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
    • Certified Public Accounting (CPA) or other relevant accounting certification is required.
    • Minimum of 3 years Experience is required for this role.

    Skills:

    • Extensive knowledge of Accounting principles and Practices.
    • Strong analytical and Problem Solving Skills.
    • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Accounting software and spreadsheets.
    • Experience with Financial reporting and analysis.

    Real Estate Branch Manager

    Job Description

    • Overseeing day to day operations of the Real Estate operations on properties site locations and ensuring the smooth work flow in the branch office.
    • To balance the existing gender ratio in the organization.

    Responsibilities

    • Managing resources
    • Supervise staff members in the office and on site
    • Interface with clients and Realtors
    • Manage every department in the organization
    • Work closely with the Media department for content production and publication.

    • Maximum level of knowledge in managing real estate crisis.
    • Sufficient knowledge of the real estate market.
