• We are recruiting intelligent and smart persons who are willing to be trained / work as full time Security Operatives (with defined JD) and are resident in the following locations; Apo, Gudu, Galadimawa, Kwali, Kuje, Airport Road Axis, Lugbe, Utako,Wuye, Jabi, Wuse Zone 5, Wuse 2, Karu / Nyanya, Mararaba/New Karu, Masaka / New Nyanya, Mpape, Jahi, Gwarimpa, Jikwoyi, Kuchingoro, Idu, Central Business District (CBD)

Requirements and Skills

• Must have SSCE / WAEC / NECO. Degree / Diploma will be an added advantage.
• Must be a resident in any of the above specified locations
• Satisfactory Criminal Record Check.
• Must have NIN Certificate/Slip and CV
• Must have LGA / Indigene Certification
• Must be between the ages of 20 – 55years.
• Must be able to work shift duties including night shifts
• Must be intelligent and smart with an amiable personality / calm disposition.
• Must be physically/mentally fit, with minimum height of 5.6ft for males and 5.4ft for females.
• Must be able to read / write / ability to communicate/interact with client’s visitors.
• Must be able to use initiative / prioritize / think on his or her feet during emergencies
• Must be disciplined / respectful / trustworthy / reliable / dependable and detail minded.

Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will:

• Present, promote and sell our products/services to existing and prospective customers
• Understanding and promoting company’s programs
• Generating Leads
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments in the region
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports.

Requirements / Skills
Candidate must have:

• HND / B.Sc. in Business Administration or any related field.
• Must have a vast knowledge of Lagos State and its environment.
• Proven work experience as a Senior Sales Representative
• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in the service industry, preferably in the security industry.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Having a professional certification will be an added advantage
