    Scientific Officer

    Role Description

    • Develop and implement evidence-based practices by reviewing scientific literatures, synthetizing research findings and providing recommendation based on the best available evidence
    • Design evaluation frameworks, collect and analyze data, and assess program performance against established indicators or benchmarks to identify areas for improvement and inform decision-making
    • Develop quality indicators, evaluate compliance with standards, identify areas for improvement, and implement quality improvement strategies to enhance patient safety and care
    • Collect and analyze healthcare data to support research initiatives and quality improvement efforts

    Qualifications

    • Candidates for the post must possess the required qualifications, experience and skills specified below:
    • B.Sc. Degree in Medical / Natural Sciences 1-year post NYSC cognate experience
    • Not more than 35 years of age

    Facility Maintenance Officer

    Role Description

    • Conduct regular inspections of the healthcare facility to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and compliance issues.
    • Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to ensure that all equipment and systems are properly maintained. This involves scheduling routine maintenance tasks, such as equipment calibration, filter replacements, and lubrication, to prevent breakdowns and extend the lifespan of equipment
    • Be prepared to respond to emergencies, such as power outages, floods, and equipment failures. Develop emergency response plans and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to mitigate risks and maintain continuity of healthcare services
    • Ensure that the facility complies with health and safety regulations and industry standards

    Qualifications

    • 3 years post NYSC cognate experience

    Account Officer

    Role Description

    • Manages invoice processing, payment recording, and expense tracking
    • Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, financial planning, and expenditure control, to ensure effective management of financial resources in line with the Agency's goals and regulatory requirements
    • Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, preparation of financial statements, and compliance with accounting standards
    • Maintain financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure transparency, accountability, and adherence to best practices
