Job Description

• This role requires technical expertise in scaffolding design, material coordination, and project planning, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Design & Planning: Develop calculation notes, drawings, and work procedures for scaffolding and V-deck activities.
• Project Coordination: Allocate materials and personnel, ensuring timely scheduling across all client projects.
• Compliance & Safety: Conduct site inspections, enforce HSE regulations, and implement quality control measures.
• Training & Supervision: Organize training sessions and ensure all personnel hold required certifications.
• Data & Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of scaffolding materials and track productivity KPIs.

Requirements

• Education & Certification: CITB advanced-level certification (mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in scaffolding design, preferably in the oil & gas and fabrication industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Competencies: Strong analytical thinking, leadership, and effective communication skills.

Job Description

• This role is ideal for professionals with experience in construction and project management who are looking to make an impact in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Estimation: Review project plans, analyze construction drawings, and perform accurate material take-offs (MTOs).
• Procurement & Coordination: Obtain quotes, place orders, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Project & Construction Management: Track inventory, coordinate daily site activities, and assist in scheduling.
• Safety & Compliance: Assist with job site safety adherence and required inspections.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project records, update cost databases, and report project progress.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, designers, estimators, and project managers to streamline operations.

Requirements

• Education: HND or Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

Experience:

• 3 - 7 years relevant work experience
• Proven background in quantity surveying, construction, and project management.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and execution strategies.

Technical Skills:

• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, or equivalent construction tools.

Soft Skills: 

• Analytical thinking, communication, organization, and problem-solving.
