Job Description

• As a SAP Controller, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our SAP systems, supporting business operations across Nigeria. This position requires technical expertise, analytical thinking, and strong collaboration across teams. 

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 SAP Application Support
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP issues.
• Deliver timely and effective solutions to user queries and incidents.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Manage SAP Incidents and Service Requests
• Prioritize and manage incidents and service requests in accordance with defined SLAs and KPIs.
• Escalate issues to relevant teams when necessary.
• Lead and manage the Level 1 application support team within a manufacturing environment, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
• Ensure the stability and optimal performance of SAP applications.
• Coordinate and collaborate with business users, vendor teams, and internal IT teams to deliver robust application solutions and enhancements.
• Drive and manage medium-to-large scale SAP projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Analyze and interpret data to generate insightful management reports for informed decision-making.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business terms and vice versa.
• Champion continuous improvement in application support processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience with SAP applications.
• Proven experience in managing Level 1 application support within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen aptitude for data analysis and management reporting.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing IT projects, particularly within SAP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Exposure to Tableau or other Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools is a plus.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Job Description

• The Profit Center Head at Olam Agri is responsible for leading and managing the end to end supply chain operations to ensure efficient, cost effective, and timely flow of materials, inputs, and products across the business.
• The role oversees planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution functions while ensuring alignment with production, farm, hatchery, and commercial teams.
• The Supply Chain Head plays a critical role in strengthening supply reliability, optimizing costs, improving service levels, and supporting Olam Agri s business growth and operational excellence objectives

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including demand planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies, policies, and SOPs aligned with Olam Agri's business goals and operational requirements
• Ensure seamless coordination with farm operations, hatcheries, production, quality, and commercial teams to support uninterrupted operations
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels, logistics costs, supplier performance, and service levels through data-driven decision making
• Lead supplier sourcing, contract negotiations, vendor performance management, and risk mitigation initiatives
• Build, mentor, and develop supply chain teams while driving continuous improvement, automation, and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, or Agriculture with supply chain exposure
• Postgraduate qualification such as MBA or PGDM in Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics is an advantage

Experience:

• 10 to 12 years of experience in supply chain management.
• Minimum 5 to 7 years in senior leadership roles such as Supply Chain Head or Operations Head Experience in agri business or FMCG supply chains preferred.
• Exposure to large scale, integrated, or multinational operations is an advantage

• A Non-Commodity Procurement Manager in Olam Agri is responsible for leading the end-to-end procurement of non-commodity goods and services, ensuring cost optimization, supplier performance, operational excellence, compliance, and sustainable sourcing practices.
• The role drives strategic sourcing initiatives, manages supplier relationships, oversees procurement operations, and ensures the timely availability of engineering spares, services, logistics, and other critical procurement requirements to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement costs within approved budgets and deliver cost optimization.
• Ensure quality and timely availability of engineering spares and services.
• Lead sustainability initiatives across procurement categories.
• Optimize resource utilization and support infrastructure projects for operational efficiency.
• Manage Engineering Spares & Services procurement end-to-end.
• Build, coach, and develop high-performing procurement teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and business objectives.
• Drive supplier performance through KPIs, SLAs, and strategic partnerships.
• Mitigate supply chain risks through contingency sourcing and proactive planning.
• Leverage ERP systems and digital procurement tools to improve efficiency and transparency.
• Deliver value through cost benchmarking, should-cost analysis, and strategic negotiations.
• Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA/Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, or related discipline preferred.
• CIPS, CPSM, or similar procurement certifications are an advantage.

Experience:

• 5–7 years of end-to-end procurement experience, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, industrial, or multinational environments.
• Experience in Capex, engineering spares, logistics, freight, service contracts, and indirect procurement.
• Proven track record in supplier negotiations, strategic sourcing, and procurement transformation projects.
• Knowledge of EXIM processes, customs clearance, and procurement documentation.
