    Sales/Retail Manager

    Our client is a global trading and distribution company with a network of offices and subsidiaries spanning more than 39 countries in Africa, Asia, Europe and the Americas. They have a network of showrooms and workshops across 12 countries, and an assembly plant. They enhanced their distribution portfolio with farm machinery in addition to automobiles the company produces passenger cars, trucks, vans, coaches, buses, sports cars, construction equipment and military vehicles. They are currently in need of a Sales / Rental Manager.

    Job Responsibilities.

    • Grow the rental business and ensure FY ABT is achieved as per target
    • Prepare timely and quality reports for the functional reporting lines
    •  Rental Business – Full facilitation, market activation, running campaigns and schemes, closing business, managing buy backs and meeting monthly targets
    • Follow-up with Sales Team on lead generation, prospection and timely delivery for rental business in consultation with Line Manager
    • Follow up debtors on a regular basis to maximize payment collection for rented vehicles
    • Design, implement and control key operational procedures and processes related to rental business
    • Design, implement and control the vehicle handover process to customer with proper documentation
    • Relevant knowledge and competencies to appreciate the technical difference of financial terms like leasing (operational/finance/dry/wet), rental services, hire purchase (lien/hypothecation).
    • Relevant experience in used cars/commercial vehicle markets to help in appropriate documentation and accounting treatment
    • To be able to differentiate between buy back, trade-in, etc. and the relevant paperwork
    • Ensure compliance with ISO9001 compliance
    • Understanding customers’ business and recommend requirements.
    • Achieving assigned Sales Target (As per ABP)
    • Present monthly overall market summary and sales strategy to Business Head
    • Timely client communications and deliverables
    • Identifying & executing product promotion and branding activities across country to increase awareness and reach. 

    Job Requirement.

    • Degree or Post Graduate Qualification in Business field, Mechanical Engineering, Sales and Marketing, ICT literate, Supply Chain Management or related field
    • 5 to 8 years’ experience preferably from Auto industry Insurance or Banking industry
    • Solid experience in Financial Management, Key Account Management and Financial Restructuring
    • Excellent experience in automobile especially in commercial rental vehicles segment
    • Extensive knowledge of motor mechanics
    • Team player; result oriented with high integrity and professional
    • An in-depth knowledge of Industry Vehicle Models
    • Strategic appreciation of the distribution business
    • Excellent communications, analytical organizational skills
    • Strong financial acumen with good experience in deciding margins – discounts etc.
    • Excellent knowledge/understanding of Vertical and Dual Reporting
    • Mechanical auto technical skills
    • Strategic appreciation of the distribution business
    • Business Acumen and drive for results
    • Willing, creative, a Go Getter and innovative
    • Valid Driving Permit

    Procurement Officer

    My client is a well-established Group company Located in Ogun (Sang Ota) state Nigeria. The Group is presently in the business of manufacturing Plastic and Glass Container. they bring in new investments, modern technology, state-of-art machines and modern management techniques that help to turn the business perspective. They are currently in need of a Procurement Officer.

    Job Responsibilities.

    • Enable speedy and cost-effective procurement of spares meeting required quality standards after understanding the detailed requirement from individual departments.
    • Purchase of Engineering Spare Parts for all divisions. This includes obtaining quotations, negotiating, and preparing proposals for approval.
    • Procurement for all divisions like Light packaging, flexibles, corrugation etc. .
    • Ensure the correct items in purchase as per given specifications.
    • Provide alternate source for critical / single source items.
    • Ensure timely delivery as agreed with the user department.
    • Ensure inventory is maintained as per reorder levels.
    •  Provide cost effective purchases.  

    Job Requirement.

    • Minimum of Polytechnic degree in Engineering.
    • 5 years purchase  experience.
    • Well versed in MS office, ERP systems.
    • Effective communication with good negotiating skills.
    • Good analytical skills required for inventory management.
    • Exposure to online reverse auction platform will be added advantage.
    • Shall be a team player with good interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of ISO, QMS , FSMS  etc. 
    • Candidate Should be based close to Sango Ota .
