    Sales Representatives

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a result-driven and energetic Outdoor Sales Representative to promote and sell the company\'s products and services to prospective customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, visiting clients, building strong customer relationships, increasing market penetration, and achieving sales targets within assigned territories.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Proper and accurate record-keeping at all times
    • Drive sales of all products to meet and exceed the weekly target set with
    • your Manager upon resumption.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve assigned targets.
    • Assist customers with accurate information about products, returns, and exchanges.
    • Stay updated with detailed information about all products, including
    • pricing, features, and after-sales services.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, retailers, and key stakeholders.
    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
    • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to develop
    • strategies for gaining a competitive edge.Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts to the
    • Sales Manager.
    • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and
    • follow-ups

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 1–2 years\' experience in outdoor sales, field marketing, business development, or a related role.
    • OND, HND, or Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
    • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Good knowledge of Lagos routes and surrounding markets.
    • Must be confident, persuasive, and customer-focused.
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and report preparation.
    • Ability to travel frequently within assigned territories.
    • High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.

    Additionally, the salary range for this role is ₦80,000 – ₦100,000. Candidates should only submit an application if they are comfortable with and willing to accept compensation within the stated range.
