As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth in a designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other prospecting techniques.
Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Calls and Presentations: Conduct sales calls and presentations to customers and prospects to demonstrate products and services.
Territory Management: Manage and prioritize sales activities within a designated territory to achieve sales targets.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, including sales pipeline updates and customer feedback.
Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to effectively communicate value to customers.

Skills and Qualifications:
Sales experience: 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a field sales role.
Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Interpersonal skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.
Time management and organization: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain a high level of organization.
Product knowledge: Ability to quickly learn and understand products and services.
Technical skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
Bachelor's degree: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, Business, Marketing, or Diploma in Pharmaceutical Marketing.

Travel: Frequent travel within a designated territory, potentially up to 80% of the time.
Work environment: Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
