As the Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of petrol, CNG, and electric bikes and tricycles by acquiring new customers, building strategic partnerships, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and convert new customers while achieving assigned sales targets
Conduct field visits to transport hubs, markets, garages, and fleet operators to generate leads and drive product adoption
Build and maintain relationships with transport unions, cooperatives, logistics companies, and key stakeholders
Organize product demonstrations, test rides, and promotional campaigns to increase market penetration
Maintain accurate sales records, monitor market trends, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 1–3 years' experience in field sales, business development, or customer acquisition within the automotive, mobility, renewable energy, logistics, fintech, or related sectors
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills with a proven ability to meet sales targets
Ability to explain technical products and financing solutions to customers in a simple and engaging manner
Experience working with transport unions, cooperatives, fleet operators, or logistics companies is an added advantage
