Role Description

• The Sales Executive role is a full-time hybrid position based in Lagos, with a mix of on-site client meetings and office work, as well as some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, following up on leads, conducting property viewings, and presenting suitable real estate options based on clients’ preferences and budgets.
• The Sales Executive will prepare and negotiate offers, support clients through closing processes, and maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
• The role also involves building long-term relationships with clients, collaborating with internal teams on marketing and property promotions, and staying informed about market trends, pricing, and new developments.

Qualifications

• Proven sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills within real estate or related sectors.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to conduct market research, analyze property data, and provide informed recommendations to clients.
• Comfort with using digital tools, CRM systems, and basic office software for lead management and reporting.
• Self-motivated with strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment.
• Knowledge of the Lagos real estate market and local property regulations is an advantage.
• Minimum of a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in real estate sales or property development is highly beneficial.
