    Sales Executive

    Job Summary

    • The ISP Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by aggressively promoting and selling the company's internet, broadband, and telecom solutions to new and existing residential and/or business customers.
    • The role involves managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas for ISP services (e.g., dedicated internet, fiber, broadband packages).
    • Actively identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, fieldwork, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
    • Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact and needs analysis to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closing.
    • Conduct thorough analyses of prospective and existing customer requirements to recommend the most suitable internet and telecommunications solutions.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty, retention, and identify upselling opportunities.
    • Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to meticulously track all sales activities, customer interactions and accurate sales forecasts.

    • Proven track record of success in a sales role.
    • Minimum of 2years trackable experience.

    Sales Support Personnel

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts for the sales management team.
    • Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries regarding order status, delivery, billing, and account information.
    • Assist in creating, formatting, and proofreading sales-related materials, including presentations, proposals, contracts, and Request for Proposal (RFP) responses.
    • Handle the full cycle of sales order processing, from generating price quotes and invoicing to ensuring accurate entry into the ERP/accounting system
    • Liaise with Operations, and Logistics teams to track orders, confirm delivery dates, and ensure timely and accurate product/service fulfillment
    • Keep track of sales collateral, product samples, and marketing materials, coordinating their distribution as needed.
    • Assist with administrative tasks related to customer contract renewals, subscription changes, or upsell/cross-sell documentation.

    Requirement

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
