• Job Summary
• We are seeking a proactive and resultsdriven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at a leading beverage company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining strong relationships with distributors and retailers, and expanding our market presence in Lagos Island and surrounding areas.
• Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets within the assigned territory.
• Identify, prospect, and secure new customers for beverage products.
• Maintain and grow business relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability, visibility, and pricing.
• Implement promotional activities to increase product sales.
• Provide timely market intelligence on competitors and industry trends.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports as required by management.

Requirements

• Must reside in Lagos Mainland and Island.
• Must have prior beverage sales experience (FMCG preferred).
• Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet set targets.

Job Summary:

• The Key Account Executive will be responsible for managing and growing strategic relationships with key accounts in the modern trade and HORECA channels. This includes ensuring effective distribution, maximising sales, visibility, and brand presence for a premium portfolio of wines, spirits & energy drinks. The ideal candidate must possess strong sales experience, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the Nigerian beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in modern trade and HORECA channels.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for assigned portfolio.
• Ensure full product availability and visibility across assigned outlets.
• Execute trade marketing activities and promotional plans tailored for each key account.
• Distribute & collaborate with distributors and internal logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.
• Monitor competitor activities and report trends, pricing, and promotional strategies.
• Negotiate trade terms, contracts, and promotions with key accounts.
• Track account performance and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
• Train outlet staff on product knowledge and brand standards.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards, pricing, and merchandising guidelines.

 Key Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in the FMCG/Alcoholic Beverage industry, with at least 2 years managing key accounts in Nigeria.
• Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of Nigerian modern trade and HORECA landscape.

 Skills:

•  Strong negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
•  Excellent presentation and communication skills.
•  Analytical and strategic thinking.
•  Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
•  Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

 Preferred:

•  Experience working with both local and international beverage brands.
•  Knowledge of category management and instore execution.
•  Existing relationships with major retail chains and premium hospitality venues.
