    Sales Assistant

    Job Description

    • We is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Sales Assistants at our esteemed Trans- Ekulubranch in Enugu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with sales activities and assisting customers in ensuring a thorough understanding of the products and services offered.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist the Shop floor staff in handling sales and marketing activities.
    • Assist and participate in running book fairs and other marketing events.
    • Schedule and attend planned visits to schools for marketing activities.
    • Deal tactfully and resourcefully with customers and sales representatives, ensuring good customer relations.
    • Receive and respond to telephone requests for price quotations, purchase orders, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations.
    • Assist in following up on customer inquiries and provide immediate support to sales representatives and customers.
    • Collaborate with team members to maintain inventory and cleanliness.
    • Support in updating product information and pricing in the company's systems.

    Requirements

    • Education: Minimum of SSCE
    • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
    • Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
    • Physical stamina to perform sales tasks

    Store Officer

    Job Description

    • Chelis Bookazine Limited, Nigeria's leading supplier of educational materials, is seeking for Store Officerwho will be in charge of the Store and stock, responsible for internal regulatory control of the store, cross checking of receivables and supplies, prompt recording and documenting of all stock and goods at the branch office.

    Responsibiliies
