Job objective(s)

• Responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business and achieving/assisting in the achievement of opportunity-based market shares.
• Expand market share potentials
• Manage client account and relationship through CRM
• Conduct research to identify leads and reach business targets through telephone, email, webinar and in person.
• Actively participate in the planning and execution of company marketing activities providing vital input based on his/her interactions with prospects.
• Prepare and submit proposals in acceptable formats, quality and timely.
• Provide support in the various training and manpower supply related functions, which include but is not limited to administration & database management.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Education & Experience

• At least 1 - 2 years’ post-graduation experience in the business development field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business

Monthly Net Salary Range (N) - *dependent on experience*

A leading diversified energy services provider is looking to engage an Executive Secretary to be responsible for providing executive services to the principal assigned. 

Role location: Lagos 
Reports:  Functionally: GCEO
Administratively: MD/COO 

JOB OBJECTIVE(s) 
 General Counsel and Head, Legal
Advising executive, senior management and board on various matters such as legal rights, and new and existing laws.
Company Secretariat
To provide corporate governance oversight in support of the various business operations of the group.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 
General Counsel & Head, Legal

• Leading business affairs, deal making and contractual negotiation in relation to the full breadth and depth of AEG’s businesses
• Promulgating and creating directives of corporate acts and decisions.
• Set internal governance policies and manage the impact of external factors
• Supporting AEG’s corporate teams in relation to corporate transactions within global markets, including drafting and negotiation of supporting documentation and transaction management

Company Secretariat

• Report to the GCEO and often liaise with board members and member of executive.
• Prepare agendas and papers for board meetings, committees, and annual general meetings (AGMs) and follow up on action points.
• Convene and service AGMs, take minutes, draft resolutions, and lodge required forms and annual returns with appropriate departments. And any other responsibility as may be assigned by the GCEO and the MD/COO.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 
Education & Experience

• At least 14 - 17 years’ post-graduation experience in legal and related job positions and functions
• Proven Board Level Legal experience in a business environment (most especially Oil and Gas Industry)
• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• MA or Masters in Business Administration will be considered an asset

Monthly Net Salary Range (N) - *dependent on experience*
