    Sales Agent (Ikeja)

    Role Overview

    As a Direct Sales Agent, you will play a pivotal role in driving Kuda’s growth objectives through proactive sales efforts, effective relationship-building, and unwavering commitment to compliance and customer satisfaction.

    • Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
    • Actively market Kuda’s array of financial products, including personal & business banking, loans, and POS terminals, to prospective customers within the designated territory.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by acquiring new customers and expanding customer base through persuasive techniques and a deep understanding of the bank’s offerings.
    • Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals and achieve sales targets according to the company's pricing.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
    • Ensure thorough compliance with all bank policies and regulatory requirements, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering).
    • Educate potential clients on the benefits of transitioning to electronic banking solutions and ensure their seamless onboarding to our platform.
    • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
    • Participate in roadshows, community fairs, and other local events to promote the bank’s services and garner leads.
    • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams on customer experiences and product improvements.
    • Understand the needs and requirements of prospective clients and proffer solutions to meet their specific business needs.
    • Provide ongoing support to clients, including training and troubleshooting assistance.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience as a Direct Sales Agent or similar sales/customer service role; experience in the banking or financial services sector is highly preferred.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence potential clients.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills; capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.
    • High motivation, enthusiasm, and dedication to achieving targets.
    • Familiarity with digital banking services and mobile technology.

    Target and Incentives:  

    • Monthly sales target to be achieved.
    • Incentives and bonuses based on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Additional rewards for surpassing performance goals and customer satisfaction metrics.

    Probation Duration:

    The first three months of employment will serve as a probationary period for the Sales Agent. Throughout this time, they will participate in training sessions, acquaint themselves with the company's policies and procedures, and showcase their capabilities in achieving sales objectives while providing outstanding customer service. Regular evaluations will be carried out to gauge the Sales Agent's performance and determine their eligibility for ongoing employment with the company.

    Lead Product Manager

    We’re looking for an experienced Lead Product Manager to lead the Everyday Banking squad at Kuda. This squad owns the central experience of the Kuda app; how customers navigate, understand their money, complete essential tasks, and interact with Kuda every day.

    You will set the vision, drive the roadmap, and line-manage Product Managers while partnering with Design, Engineering, Research, Analytics, and Marketing to deliver a simple, reliable, and intuitive core banking experience for millions of customers.

    This is a senior leadership role sitting at the heart of the Retail Tribe.

    Responsibilities:

    • Take full ownership of the Everyday Banking roadmap, ensuring alignment with Kuda’s OKRs and setting a clear, compelling vision for the squad.
    • Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, engineers, designers, and analysts, fostering strong collaboration and high-quality execution.
    • Own, understand, and optimise core everyday banking metrics, using these to guide the roadmap, identify issues, and communicate performance to senior leadership.
    • Shape the evolution of Kuda’s core app experience by shaping the everyday moments at the heart of the product so customers can move through the app effortlessly, understand their money instantly, and handle key banking moments with ease.
    • Discover, develop, and improve end-to-end everyday banking journeys through thoughtful research, experimentation, and user-centred design.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage product requirements, ensuring operational excellence and alignment across squads and platform teams.
    • Design, run, and interpret experiments that validate assumptions, improve clarity and usability, and drive continuous improvements across the everyday experience.
    • Build iterative improvements using data, qualitative insights, and behavioural understanding, defining clear methods and metrics for evaluating outcomes.
    • Coordinate timelines, dependencies, and resources across mobile, backend, web, analytics, and design to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
    • Deliver meaningful improvements to the everyday banking experience and validate them continuously with customers.

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of product management experience, with responsibility for core app surfaces, navigation, transactional flows, or financial journeys.
    • Experience managing or mentoring Product Managers, with the ability to guide their growth and support strong product thinking.
    • Strong analytical skills and comfort using data dashboards to define KPIs, diagnose issues, and measure impact.
    • Proven ability to design, run, and learn from experiments, and to translate insights into product decisions.
    • Track record of shipping high-quality product improvements in complex, cross-functional environments.
    • Strong understanding of mobile UX and customer behaviour in fast-moving or emerging markets.
    • Clear communicator able to influence stakeholders across product, engineering, operations, and leadership.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in fintech, digital banking, or payments.
    • Familiarity with African markets and financial ecosystems.
    • Understanding of payments, ledgering, or core banking systems.
    • Experience with A/B testing frameworks, feature-flag-driven development, or experimentation platforms.
    • Passion for building simple, reliable financial experiences that customers depend on.
