    ROV Specialist Supervisor

    Job Description

    • To manage all ROV/Trenching personnel, ensuring continuity of services in accordance with company's QHSE policy and objectives conducting JSAs and arranging crew safety meetings
    • To arrange for, or provide representation at offshore project meetings, e.g. morning, safety, project wash-ups, etc.
    • Reporting accidents, incidents and near misses to the Vessel Superintendent, QHSE and Operations Managers
    • Overall responsibility for the offshore operation, maintenance and repair of the ROV/Trencher and ancillary equipment
    • Liaison with offshore client representatives
    • Creation and transmission of daily and weekly reports including daily logs, personnel timesheets, weekly safety/ROV reports
    • Offshore project documentation including record keeping
    • Ensuring that the PMS manual and Technical Log are kept up to dat

    Requirements

    • Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering
    • Work Experience: 5 years cognate experience in major oil and gas sector.

    Scuba Diver

    Job Description

    • Perform underwater inspections of structures such as bridges, pipelines, and docks
    • Conduct underwater welding and cutting for construction and repairs
    • Retrieve lost equipment or salvage sunken vessels
    • Collect samples and data for scientific research and environmental assessments
    • Install and maintain underwater cables and communication lines
    • Assist in underwater photography and videography for media and commercial use
    • Participate in search and rescue operations in bodies of water

    Subsea Specialist Supervisor

    Job Description

    • Work with rig management and supervisors for planning operations and evolutions related to subsea systems and subsea system operations, maintenance, and repair
    • Organize, brief, and directly control assistance team for pulling the Blowout Preventer (BOP) stack
    • Maintain an adequate knowledge level of overall drilling operations to assemble and disassemble all inter-related equipment involved with subsea and surface support systems
    • Interface with all key rig personnel during drilling operations involving subsea and surface support equipment
    • Perform calculations e.g., fluids, total weights of BOP and riser string before and during spudding with Rig Manager, nitrogen pre-charge in accumulator bottles, water depths and its impact on equipment
    • Move heavy equipment
    • Install subsea equipment in a time efficient manner during drilling operations

    • Operate ROV cameras, sonar, navigation systems, and other ROV tools to perform underwater tasks

    Cryogenic Subsea Specialist

    Job Description

    • Conduct regular inspections and provide oversight of the shipbuilder's production of the vessel(s) under construction at the shipbuilding site. Specific focus to all cryogenic and cargo handling matters such as marine cryogenics systems, LNG/PG containment systems, LNG pumping and piping systems, LNG boil-off handling, reliquefication systems, LNG gauging and custody transfer, and other related items as assigned by the Site Team Manager
    • Handle Cryogenic cargo matters including marine cryogenics systems, LNG/LPG containment systems, LNG pumping and piping systems, LNG/LPG boil-off handling, reliquefication systems, LNG gauging and custody transfer, and other related items as assigned by the Site Team Manager
    • Ensure that the ships fully meet the expectations of the shareholders and are in accordance with the Shipbuilding Contract Agreement, Specifications, approved plans, and the various memorandums of agreement
    • Confirm that all equipment and systems are properly installed and commissioned
    • Attend all properly scheduled inspections, commissioning(s), tests, demonstrations, and trials in accordance with the shipbuilder's published schedule for these items as assigned in his scope of work
    • Coordinate site activities with other Inspectors as may be required
    • Ensure that all shareholder SHES policies are fully implemented and adhered to and acts to bring all areas of concern to the immediate attention of the Safety Coordinator and the Site Team Manager
    • Bring all SHES issues or concerns to the immediate attention of the Safety Coordinator and the Site Team Manager
    • Coordinate work to bring each vessel into service on schedule

    Commissioning and Start-Up Expat

    Job Description

    • Reviews contractual documentation
    • Reviews engineering documents to ensure that the commissioning & startup requirements are accounted for in the design
    • Prepares and keeps up-to-date the pre-commissioning and commissioning execution plans (including the schedule and the mobilization of personnel and equipment)
    • Supervises the preparation of the pre-commissioning procedures
    • Supervises the preparation of the performance test procedures and of the operating manuals with the process team
    • Assists procurement group for the definition of vendor assistance
    • Assists subcontract group for the scope definition of work contractors
    • Manages the execution of pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up
    • Prepares the commissioning progress reports to the project management and to the commissioning department
    • Coordinates assistance of the Vendor representatives

    Cryogenic Subsea Lead

    Job Description

    • Designing, costing and testing components and fittings using computer-aided design (CAD) software and 3D modelling
    • Building a small-scale model of a component, simulating the conditions it will have to withstand, observing its performance and analyzing the result
    • Planning appropriate improvements to the design of the component, applying them and testing it all over again
    • Carrying out full scale testing of the finished component, ensuring it meets all operating and health and safety requirements
    • Managing the installation of pipelines and wellheads and connecting them to the rig or platform
    • Providing technical and engineering support to offshore teams
