Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in managing FTTH project delivery across the region.
• Oversee site construction, permits, documentation, and subcontractor coordination.
• Track project progress, allocate resources, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure construction quality meets engineering standards and contract requirements.
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and technical teams for installation, commissioning, and acceptance.
• Support process optimization and standardization of regional project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of FTTH project management or relevant telecom project experience.
• Experience with FTTH deployment, civil works, ADSS, or figure-8 cable preferred.
• Strong subcontractor management and coordination skills.
• Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in English and MS Office; knowledge of MS Project or Power BI is a plus.

• Responsibilities:
• Responsible for coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring subcontractors complete survey and design tasks on time.
• Responsible for reviewing and updating subcontractors' design documents.
• Coordinate with site engineers and subcontractors to prepare as-built documentation..

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of FTTH design-related work experience
• Proficient in design tools such as AutoCAD and Google Earth
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities:

• Manage material planning and control for the FTTH project to ensure timely supply aligned with the project schedule.
• Track demand and supply of key materials such as fiber cables, splitters, FDB, and ONU/ONT.
• Maintain accurate records of material receiving, issuing, and inventory.
• Monitor material consumption and support cost control.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, logistics, and construction teams to ensure smooth material delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, Telecommunications, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in telecom or FTTH project material management.
• Familiar with FTTH materials and basic network structure.
• Strong inventory management and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Excel; Manage material system experience is preferred.
