    Refrigeration Technician

    Job Description

    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for building cooling rooms, carrying out preventive maintenance, service and component replacement activities on refrigeration / cold room products.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on refrigeration and cooling equipment in line with approved standards.
    • Analyse refrigeration malfunction from performance and test equipment readings and determine appropriate repairs.
    • Responsible for installing new refrigeration system and troubleshooting mechanical failures. Advise on equipment upgrade.
    • Perform other functions as may be requested by the Refrigeration Engineer.

    Qualifications and Experiences

    • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or any other relevant discipline from a reputable institution.
    • Minimum of four (4) years relevant experience which must have been in a similar position of a reputable organisation.
    • Cold vehicle and cold room maintenance experience
    • A postgraduate degree in a related discipline would be an added advantage.

    Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) Service Engineer

    Job Description

    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for all preventive maintenance and corrective repairs.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Carry out site inspections, job evaluation and planning.
    • Represent the company in site meetings with clients.
    • Commission HVAC equipment as required.
    • Ensure all repair orders are signed by clients for all completed jobs and initiate the closing out of repairs order with Client Service Officer.
    • Responsible for the movement of required equipment to site and safety briefings to team members.
    • Responsible in ensuring that scope of work meets clients' expectations.
    • Maintain good working relationships with clients.
    • Perform other functions as may be requested by the General Manager.

    Qualifications and Experiences

    • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
    • Minimum of ten (10) years relevant experience on similar job roles
    • A postgraduate Degree in a related discipline would be an added advantage.

    Branch Manager - Automobile Division

    Job Description

    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for the supervision and coordinating all branch activities including Management of human and material resources.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • To achieve monthly/yearly set corporate goals and objectives through proactive initiative for better returns on investment and optimal profitability in line with Budgets investment and optimal profitability in line with Budgets Accurately read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
    • Supervise the activities of the various sections of the Branch-Workshop, Spare Parts Stores, Security and Accounts/Admin and ensures safety of Company assets.
    • Initiate prompt payments and collection of invoices and debts to both CASH and APPROVED credit Customers for Products and or Services sold/offered to them.

    • Maintains good relations with Customers and the public for the enhancement of Branch business performance and growth.

    Qualifications and Experiences

    • B.Eng. / HND / B.Sc. in Mechanical, Automobile, Management Sciences, Humanities or Pure Sciences with at least 8 years cognate post NYSC working experience.
    • Must have excellent communication, reporting and people management skills.

    Accountant

    Job Description

    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for the General management and control of the finance and accounting functions of an arm of the Group.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Responsible for clarifying modalities for budget inputs and collating budget and financial plan for the Division based on research, inputs from budget holders and primary financial data.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to generate results, identify trends and produce reliable financial forecasts.
    • Liaise with and clarify queries/observations by both the internal and external auditors.
    • Effectively manage working capital for the business.
    • Continuously improve efficiencies; initiate and manage cost reduction strategies.
    • Carry out other tasks as assigned by the Financial Controller.

    Qualifications and Experiences

    • B.Sc. / HND in any Finance-related discipline. Recognized professional qualification such as ACCA or ACA, expert knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). A Second Degree in a related discipline would be an added advantage.
    • 4 - 6 years post-qualification experience in a well-structured finance unit of a reputable organization or top-tier accounting firm. Not less than 3 years as a senior accountant or manager.

    Other Required Skills:

    • Excellent knowledge of tax, accounting, and financial management.
    • Up-to-date knowledge and application of IFRS.
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Good communication and persuasive skills-written, verbal & presentation.
    • Outstanding manager of human and material resources.
    • Above average in computer proficiency.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Navision Dynamics (not compulsory but desirable.

    • Minimum of Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
    • Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience on similar job roles.
