    Recovery Officer

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Follow up on delinquent public sector lean repayments and ensure timely remittance.
    • Liaise with MDAs to reconcile deductions and resolve payment discrepancies.
    • Maintain accurate loan repayment records and generate periodic reports.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
    • Follow up on delayed loan repayments from government and public sector employees.
    • Work with relevant government offices to confirm deductions and fix payment issues.
    • Keep accurate loan repayment records and prepare regular reports.
    • Contact clients via phone calls, emails, text messages to discuss due/overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans.
    • Maintain accurate records of communications, payment agreement and debt statuses in databases.
    • Provide assistance and guidance to clients, addressing their concerns and offering viable options to help meet their financial obligations.

    REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

    • 1-3 years of experience in credit control, accounts receivables or a related role.
    • Bachelors' degree in Finance or any related course
    • Excellent communications skills and problem-solving abilities.
    • Experience in debt collections or customer service roles.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
    • Experience in the financial services industry will be an added advantage.

    Financial Advisor

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Generate prospects for loan sales.
    • Meet assigned loan sales target as set from time to time.
    • Assess customer's current financial situation and make recommendations on ways PIFCL products can help improve it.
    • Help customers make better decisions in terms of loan amount, loan tenure and repayments to align with their personal finance.
    • Provide first level analysis of customers statements of account and advice customers on loan amount eligibility.
    • Ensure customers loan documentation requirements are in line with approved PIFCL.
    • Manage customer relationships & prospects for new customers.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • First degree from a recognized university, minimum of Second-Class Honours.
    • 1-3 years' experience in retail finance, loan sales, financial advisory, or a similar role.
    • Strong sales mindset and target-driven orientation.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
    • High level of drive, confidence and resilience.
    • Good analytical ability and attention to detail.
    • Experience in the financial services industry will be an added advantage.
