    Raw Material Supervisors

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Raw Material Supervisor to oversee the receipt, storage, handling, and issuance of raw materials used in production. 
    • The ideal candidate will ensure inventory accuracy, proper documentation, and compliance with quality and safety standards, supporting efficient and uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise the receipt and inspection of all incoming raw materials for quality and quantity.
    • Ensure proper storage conditions based on material requirements (temperature, humidity, segregation, etc.).
    • Coordinate with quality control teams for sampling and clearance of raw materials before release.
    • Maintain accurate stock records in inventory systems (ERP/WMS) and conduct regular physical counts.
    • Oversee the issuance of raw materials to production departments based on daily production plans.
    • Monitor stock levels and raise alerts for reorder or potential shortages.
    • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements in the raw material storage area.
    • Coordinate with procurement and planning teams for timely supply and usage updates.
    • Identify and report non-conforming materials and coordinate return or disposal procedures.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
    • 3–5 years of experience in raw material handling or warehouse supervision, preferably in the FMCG, pharmaceutical, or food & beverage sector.
    • Strong understanding of material handling procedures, inventory systems, and regulatory compliance.
    • Proficiency in using inventory software.
    • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, or ISO standards (based on industry).
    • Experience in lean warehousing or inventory optimization practices.

    Storekeeper

    Description 

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Storekeeper to manage and oversee the storage, inventory, and distribution of products within our FMCG warehouse.
    • The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock levels, efficient storage practices, and timely dispatch of goods to support smooth operations across the supply chain.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming products and materials.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records.
    • Ensure First-In, First-Out (FIFO) or First-Expiry, First-Out (FEFO) stock rotation to minimise waste.
    • Prepare and dispatch goods according to delivery schedules and sales orders.
    • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchasing team for replenishment.
    • Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storage area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
    • Label and tag items accurately for easy identification and retrieval.
    • Coordinate with internal teams including logistics, procurement, and sales.
    • Ensure proper handling and storage of perishable and non-perishable goods.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • OND, HND, BSC or equivalent; a degree or certification in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is an advantage.
    • Proven experience as a storekeeper or warehouse assistant, preferably in the FMCG sector.
    • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Basic computer skills (MS Office, inventory software).
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Knowledge of FMCG product handling and storage requirements.
    • Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
    • Basic understanding of safety and hygiene protocols.
