    Quality Supervisor - Microbiology

    Key Job Roles & Responsibilities

    • Supervise and drive all Quality and Food Safety Improvement initiatives and measures to achieve effective operations of all bottling equipment that could have negative impact on products quality and food safety.
    • Monitor and control cleaning and sanitizing program for all processing equipment and bottling equipment and carry out microbiological analysis to check the effectiveness of the cleaning and sanitizing procedures for all equipment.
    • Carry out microbiological analysis on intermediate and final products to ensure distribution of high-quality products to the marketplace to refresh the consumers.
    • Carry out microbiological analysis on all ingredients, raw and packaging materials, process inspection to ensure production of high-quality products.

    Production Manager

    Job Purpose

    • The Production Manager will oversee and manage the production operations within the company. This includes ensuring efficient production processes, leading the Production team and coordinating with other departments to meet production goals, and maintaining quality control and safety standards.

    Key Job Roles & Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement production strategies and procedures to optimize productivity and minimize errors.
    • Lead and supervise Production team, providing coaching and necessary support to ensure optimal performance of the production/packaging lines.

    Production Engineer

    Key Job Roles & Responsibilities

    • Develop and monitor the execution of the preventive maintenance plan and regularly updating the plan according to the machine condition and history.
    • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control system issues in a timely manner.
    • Ensure minimal breakdowns by implementing initiatives to reduce response time and reach the optimum solution in minimum time.
    • Ensure spare parts availability by collaborating with Procurement team to purchase all needed spare parts and maintenance consumables.

    • On call 24 hours a day for emergency situations with Weekend work required as needed.
    • Electrical Engineering or Controls Engineering experience.

    Quality Supervisor - Process Control

    Job Purpose

    • The Quality Process Control Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating all quality and food safety activities in the Plant. The incumbent will develop and implement appropriate procedures in line with best operational requirements and ISO standards to ensure all products meet stipulated quality and food safety standards and are produced and stored under conditions favourable for human consumption.

    Utilities Engineer

    Job Purpose

    • The Utilities & Site Services Engineer will manage and supervise the operation and maintenance of all equipment at the utility and power generation section in line with the approved ULs policies & procedures to ensure the availability of quality service to production & other areas of the plant. The incumbent will also manage the maintenance of the plants general facilities/site and ensure the effective delivery of service by 3rd party companies to meet signed SLA.

    Key Job Roles & Responsibilities

    • Manage and supervise the operation of steam boilers, air compressors, power distribution equipment, generators, public grid connection and distribution equipment, gas supply equipment, HVAC equipment, Co2 manufacturing, supply, distribution and storage equipment etc. to ensure quality service delivery.
    • Execute all utilities equipments time-based maintenance according to schedule, within approved costing to minimize down time.
    • Effective manage utility and power vendors with detailed reports of vendor activities including SLA expectations as required by .
    • Deliver set objectives for energy efficiency e.g. Generator Efficiency, Energy Cost.
    • Drive innovative solutions for improvement of all Utility performance KPIs.
    • Manage equipment monitoring as per checklist, ensure documented findings and recommendations by technicians are closed appropriately. Sign off equipment shift operation report daily.
    • Ensure all safety sensors, reflector & safety controls are in good working condition.
    • Ensure all team members use all company provided protective wears and gadgets and comply with all Health and Safety rules and requirements.

    Water Treatment & ETP Supervisor

    Job Purpose

    • The Water Treatment & ETP Supervisor will ensure that the process for water and wastewater from the treatment Plants complies to all quality, food safety and environment standards and requirements. The incumbent will operate and ensure that the equipment is maintained as per work instructions.

    Key Job Roles & Responsibilities

    • Monitor the stock of raw water and provide update to Management.
    • Develop and implement emergency response plans for treatment plant failures or environmental incidents.
    • Ensure that treated water is always available for production purposes.
    • Implement good housekeeping practices for all the equipment and environment associated with the water treatment plant.
    • Ensure that backwashing of the sand and carbon filters is carried out.
    • Carry out all tests and analysis at the required frequency to ensure all water standards are met.
    • Proffer appropriate solutions to problems arising in the cause of operation.
    • Monitor inventory levels of water treatment test reagents and ensure availability and fit for use
    • Deploy corrective actions in cases where out-of-specification results are obtained.
    • Perform weekly sanitation and as needed CIP of all filtration and water systems
    • Complete routine water treatment system maintenance
    • Manage routine calibration activities for the water treatment system
    • Maintain trending of key water data and monitor trends for early warning signs
    • Initiate and participate on process improvement initiatives throughout plant
    • Monitor chemical usage trends for early warning signs

    Experience & Academic Requirements

    • HND/B.Sc in Chemistry or related discipline
    • Minimum of five (5) years experience in water treatment and effluent treatment plant operations, preferably in the beverage or food manufacturing industry.
    • Strong knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes.
    • Good understanding of regulatory compliance, and environmental standards.
    • Proficiency in using SCADA systems and other monitoring tools.
