Job Summary

• DO.II Designs Limited is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to lead and oversee quality assurance and control activities across its production and project operations.
• The successful candidate will ensure that products, materials, processes and project deliverables meet established quality standards, client specifications and regulatory requirements.
• The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, sound HSE knowledge and the ability to drive quality improvement, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and oversee quality control policies, procedures and plans across production and project operations.
• Lead and supervise quality control activities to ensure compliance with company standards, client specifications and applicable regulations.
• Establish and monitor quality inspection procedures for raw materials, production processes, finished products and project installations.
• Conduct regular factory and project site inspections to identify defects, deviations and areas requiring improvement.
• Ensure timely identification, documentation, investigation and resolution of quality issues.
• Lead root-cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimise recurring defects.
• Develop and monitor quality standards, checklists, inspection reports and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with relevant Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements across production and project activities.
• Identify potential workplace hazards and collaborate with relevant teams to promote safe work practices.
• Lead internal quality audits and coordinate external quality assessments where required.
• Review customer complaints relating to product quality and ensure appropriate corrective actions are implemented.
• Work closely with Production, Projects, Procurement, Sales and other departments to maintain quality standards throughout the value chain.
• Evaluate suppliers' and contractors' quality performance and recommend improvements where necessary.
• Monitor the condition and suitability of production equipment in relation to product quality and safety.
• Prepare periodic quality reports and provide Management with updates on quality performance, risks and improvement initiatives.
• Lead, mentor and develop the Quality Control team to ensure effective performance and accountability.
• Drive continuous improvement in production processes, workmanship, product quality and operational standards.
• Carry out other duties as may be assigned by Management.

Experience & Qualifications

• B.Sc./HND in Quality Management, Engineering, Industrial Management, Production Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance, preferably within furniture manufacturing, interior design, construction or a related industry.
• Demonstrable experience in leading or supervising quality control teams and implementing quality management systems.
• Sound knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) standards and workplace safety practices.
• Experience in quality audits, production inspections, root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive action management.
• Relevant professional certifications in Quality Management, HSE or related fields will be an added advantage.

N300,000 - N350,000 / month.

• DO.II Designs Limited is seeking a creative, skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Officer to manage the company’s digital presence, develop engaging marketing content and implement effective online marketing strategies.
• The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of relevant experience in graphic design, email newsletter management, website development/management and digital marketing, with the ability to strengthen brand visibility, generate leads and support business growth.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Design creative marketing materials, including adverts, promotional graphics, social media content, infographics, animations and other brand communication materials.
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters and customer engagement communications.
• Manage and update the company’s website, ensuring accurate content, functionality, security and an engaging user experience.
• Support website development, routine maintenance, content uploads and performance optimization.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across social media, websites, email and other online platforms.
• Maintain consistent brand identity, visual standards and messaging across all digital platforms.
• Manage SEO and SEM activities to improve website visibility, search rankings and lead generation.
• Monitor social media platforms, respond to engagement opportunities and identify trends relevant to the business.
• Create and optimise landing pages and website content to support marketing campaigns and conversions.
• Track and analyse digital marketing performance using relevant analytics tools.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on online engagement, sales enquiries, leads and campaign performance.
• Safeguard company digital assets, including website backend access, email marketing accounts, social media logins and other subscriptions.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales and other teams to ensure effective execution of campaigns and promotions.
• Keep abreast of emerging digital marketing trends, tools and technologies.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by Management.

Experience & Qualifications

• B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in Digital Marketing.
• Demonstrable experience in graphic design, email marketing/newsletter management and website development or management.
• Experience managing social media platforms and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• A portfolio demonstrating previous graphic design and digital marketing work will be an added advantage.
