Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Officer to ensure that our products meet defined standards of quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction. 
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and improving quality across the production and supply chain processes. 
• Candidates must be available to resume immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and monitor raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods to ensure compliance with company standards
• Conduct routine quality checks during production and before distribution
• Identify defects, variances, or inconsistencies and recommend corrective actions
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, findings, and quality performance
• Collaborate with production, inventory, and management teams to enforce quality protocols
• Develop and update quality assurance policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
• Support continuous improvement efforts within production and supply operations

Requirements

• BSc or HND in Science, Quality Management, or a related field
• 3–5 years proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in fashion, manufacturing, or retail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Proficiency in using QA tools and documentation systems
• Must be based in or around Ketu/Alapere and available to resume immediately.
