Quality Assurance Officer at AgriFi

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance Officer to oversee our product quality and compliance standards. 
• The successful candidate will monitor production processes, implement safety standards, and ensure all finished goods meet strict regulatory and company guidelines before market distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor production cycles to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, packaging components, and finished products.
• Identify processing defects and implement immediate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain precise documentation of all quality metrics, batch records, and inspection logs.
• Ensure strict adherence to NAFDAC, SON, and other relevant regulatory guidelines.
• Train factory staff on hygiene, safety protocols, and good manufacturing practices (GMP).

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: B.Sc. or HND in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Pharmacy, Microbiology, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience as a QA/QC Officer in a manufacturing plant.
• Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving abilities and exceptional attention to tiny details.
• Location: Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to Onitsha.
• Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiar with data-driven reporting.
