Job Summary

• We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager with strong technical expertise in plastics and blown film production. 
• This role is critical to upholding product integrity, ensuring compliance with international standards, and leading cross-functional quality initiatives that impact every aspect of our manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all QA operations, policies, and personnel.
• Develop and implement comprehensive quality control procedures.
• Conduct root cause analysis and lead corrective/preventive action plans for product deviations.
• Coordinate with Production, R&D, and Engineering teams to maintain and improve product standards.
• Oversee internal audits, manage external audit readiness, and ensure adherence to ISO and other regulatory standards.
• Monitor and report on key quality metrics and implement performance improvements.
• Drive a quality-first culture across departments and enforce compliance across production processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Plastics Technology, Engineering or any other related subject.
• 10–15 years of hands-on QA experience in Blown Film or Flexible Packaging industries.
• Strong command of quality systems (ISO, GMP, HACCP) and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing QA teams and driving operational excellence.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• This role demands a proactive professional with strong regulatory knowledge and field experience in industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and ensure effective implementation of preventive measures.
• Investigate incidents, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant HSE regulations and industry standards.
• Lead safety induction and training programs to strengthen the safety culture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed safety into all operations.
• Maintain accurate HSE records and reports; engage with regulatory bodies as needed.
• Support environmental management efforts including waste reduction and sustainability initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Safety, Environmental Science, or a related discipline (mandatory).
• 5 - 10 years of HSE experience in a reputable FMCG or industrial setting.
• Strong grasp of occupational health and safety laws and risk management practices.
• Proven ability to lead safety initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of safety information systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
