    Quality Assurance Coordinator III

    Main Function

    • Responsible to implement Project Quality Plan in assigned scope of work
    • Provide training for key staff • Ensure execution of Surveillance Programs through development of Surveillance Plans and through ongoing monitoring and auditing
    • Report quality issues, status, metrics and company's learned to Project Management
    • Manage efforts to resolve quality issues and make improvements to quality activities
    • May take on the role of Procurement Quality Coordinator (PQC) or Site Quality Coordinator (SQC) until they are assigned

    Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Promote Quality awareness throughout the project
    • Ensure establishment and proper implementation of adequate control processes within the subproject Project Team (PT), as stipulated in the Project Plan and the Project Quality Plan
    • Provide oversight of Contractor’s implementation of their Quality program and compliance with project requirements:
    • Approve Contractor’s Quality organization and monitor performance of key Quality Assurance (QA) staff
    • Review Contractor’s standard contract and purchase order quality requirements language
    • Review and approve Contractor’s Quality Plan and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
    • Perform scheduled periodic assessments of the Contractor's activities in order to evaluate and monitor implementation of Contractor’s Quality Management systems
    • Participate in qualification of proposed Subcontractors or Suppliers
    • Ensure Contractor’s surveillance activities are commensurate with Criticality Ratings
    • Review Contractor’s quality audit schedule, monitor Contractor’s audit program, and participate in selected audits - Review Quality Plan of Suppliers of critical equipment / material in conjunction with Procurement Quality Coordinator (PQC)
    • Ensure Contractor is performing quality reporting per the contract
    • Monitor and audit implementation of PT Procurement and Construction Surveillance Programs
    • Provide Quality training as required
    • Develop and coordinate subproject Audit Schedule, conduct site audits within sub-projects and assist Quality Manager in conduct of project audits, as needed
    • Review metrics from engineering, procurement, and construction sites to identify and assist in resolution of issues • Assist function in selection of SQC positions and assist Sites in selection of inspectors
    • Steward the Procurement and Construction Surveillance Programs until the respective coordinator (i.e., PQC, SQC) is assigned
    • Review and assist in development of Quality portion of site close-out reports as necessary
    • Advise and inform Project Manager and Quality Manager on quality issues, status and metrics
    • Ensure best practices and company's lessons learned are implemented and that new company's learned are identified and distributed as required.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor or Associate Degree in Engineering or Science preferred
    • Experience in quality assurance/control of field construction and completions activities
    • Technical discipline certifications commensurate with work experience
    • Willing and able to business travel (domestic/overseas) to project sites to provide various levels of support
    • Experience in responsible roles in Quality Management and coordination of quality activities for projects of various facilities in the Oil and Gas Industry
    • Experience in management of project quality systems
    • Extensive experience with auditing quality management systems
    • Worldwide experience with Contractors and Suppliers involved in production facilities projects
    • Experience working in client role on major production facilities projects is preferred
    • Experience with project completions and documentation for operations turnover
    • Qualification / certification in auditing and in inspection disciplines is preferred

    Materials Coordinator III

    Main Function

    • The Materials Coordinator will perform andor manage all of the activities necessary to enable effective end-to-end coordination of materials in support of Projects.
    • Acts as the interface between the business unit and procurement.
    • Actively interacts with planning, inventory, vendors, buyers and maintenance on a daily basis by providing customer support, effective & timely communication, alignment with business practices/controls and a high level of materials and services fulfillment for site maintenance activities.

    Responsibilities
    Level I:

    • Verify materials availability for all scheduled outage/planned and emergent work, provide supply chain input into Plant/Mine equipment maintenance strategies where requested
    • Coordinate effective and efficient logistics requirements for Routine and Shutdown work
    • Consult with Procurement, OEM and vendors to develop best practices, procedures and standards with respect to materials availability
    • Provide frequent updates on material availability to required parties (i.e., business, supply chain) and Lead in root cause analysis for failed supply chain processes • Identify opportunities to consume Business Line Materials and destock inventory (utilize stock on hand)
    • Influence B/L to select materials on hand or from preferred vendors
    • Utilise proper material code with an agreement supplier
    • Utilise proper material code with a non-agreement supplier
    • Working in the Planner Cockpit (SAP PM rather than MM Module)
    • Responsible for P2P recycle, identifying root causes, and driving resolutions
    • Coordinate with logistics coordinator for timely material delivery
    • Timely requisitions for break ins MDG requester for master data changes and improvements
    • Provide guidance and assistance to the requester and supplier for getting a Vendor Master record created in SAP
    • Identify SAP data issues

    Level II:

    • Provide input on a risk-based equipment spares stock that optimizes reliability versus cost
    • Develop and maintain an excellent working relationship with supporting departments, promote a continuous improvement mind set
    • Assist with returning parts to stock and/or vendor for credit, and core management within the mining industry
    • Assist the business in executing system transactions and coordination of the logistics for repair and return stock materials

    Level III:

    • Identify opportunities for material master creation to reduce free texting for recurring material orders
    • Assist in the management of equipment spare parts lists
    • Participate/lead risk assessments and hazard observations
    • Provide support to business and planning organization by verifying that site requirements for noncore services vendors are addressed before vendor arrives at site (i.e. safety training, travel and room accommodations, vehicle pass)

    Requirements

    • Previous experience in a closely related position
    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • Extensive knowledge of SAP material catalogs and search tools
    • Extensive knowledge of how and where materials are used in the plant
    • Advanced time management skills • Excellent problem-solving skills
    • Advanced written and oral communications skills • Influencing with and without authority
    • Organization skills.

    Systems Completions Engineer / Specialist III

    Main Functions

    • The Systems Completion Engineer / Specialist is accountable for the engineering activity covering planning, program generation and execution of completion operations within the wells team. Owns the Systems Completion Process.

    Tasks and Responsibilities
    In addition to all Level 1 and 2 tasks and responsibilities, Level 3:

    • Provide overall Systems Completion leadership and expertise, including all matters related to commissioning and turnover/systems acceptance.
    • Also, provides engineering definition and planning to support mechanical completion.
    • Collaborates with Operations / EPC Contractor to ensure a safe and effective execution of Systems Completion activities and to ensure all Systems Completion contract requirements are met
    • Manages Systems Completion interfaces between PMT and EPC Contractor to facilitate successful commissioning and hand-over
    • Provides assistance to EPC Contractor for utilization of a computerized Completion Management System for tracking, certification and quality purposes
    • Applies Systems Completion lessons learned from previous projects
    • Collaborates with and supports the start-up team to achieve a successful turnover, startup and acceptance by Operations
    • Assist PMT in meeting Clients expectations as required.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, with 10 - 15 years of work experience.
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Good supervisory skills and ability to work within a team
    • Project Systems Completion/commissioning experience with offshore facilities.
    • Worldwide experience with Contractors, in particular those involved in the construction of offshore facilities
    • Prior experience interfacing with Offshore Operational department.

    Logistics Coordinator I, Operations (Tech)

    Main Functions

    • Work in-country to manage the EPC’s Logistics and Materials Management process. Serve as Logistics interface between Logistics Manager/Lead and Contractor organization to ensure logistics execution. Interface between Logistics manager/Lead and Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC). Provide Logistics and Materials Management support for all project deliverables.

    Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Support Logistics Manager/Lead with Logistics and Materials Management expertise, interfacing with Contractor Logistics and Materials Management personnel
    • Interface with and influence project disciplines to ensure logistics/materials management considerations are included in design and project plan
    • Interface with procurement to understand and influence contracting, materials management, logistics plan for deliveries and customs procedures
    • Develop an understanding of local transport and in-country logistics capabilities and capacities
    • Develop logistics elements of bid requirements, monitor KPIs, and coordinate progress reporting and materials management requirements
    • Familiarity with Logistics Contractors and resources in worldwide markets
    • Coordinate process to pre-qualify, approve, and reevaluate Logistics Contractors
    • Develop project and discipline specific work scope for Contractors
    • Strong understanding of the capabilities and limitations of Logistics Contractors
    • Interface with Logistics Manager/Lead and Construction to keep them informed of the qualifications and capabilities of relevant Contractors
    • Interface with Contractors to ensure safety, quality, availability, and reliability of logistics execution
    • Qualify and endorse Contractor equipment and services
    • Identify, qualify, and endorse vendor support infrastructure
    • General knowledge of local and national environmental and regulatory requirements
    • Interface with other Logistics Coordinators, Leads, Advisors and project planning teams to understand and resolve logistics issues
    • Ensure that the EPC Contractor has issued necessary Purchase Order (POs) in accordance with the published project schedule and Required On Site (ROS) dates and that the EPC Contractor verifies that the vendor has received and agrees to comply with the PO terms
    • Verify that the delivery documentation is complete, consistent and adequate and in accordance with the PO terms
    • Ensure that the materials specification delivered by the vendor is according to PO terms
    • Ensure that any changes to the Purchase Order terms are validated through the Project Management Team (PMT)
    • Ensure that the EPC issues a weekly report showing the status of all POs issued to date paying particular attention to ROS dates and Project Schedule. This report will show transport, receiving, customs clearing, storage and issuing of materials to the line item level. It will also show all exemption or exceptions and rejected materials
    • Ensure all materials received are stored in a safe and secure facility and that the preservation code addressed in the PO has been applied
    • Ensure that the EPC complies with the PO and that each item delivered to the storage facility is adequately marked for easy traceability
    • Reports all Overage, Shortage and Damaged (OS&D) of the received materials to the PMT
    • Create a file and maintain adequate records of each major transaction/shipment/PO
    • Keep a Materials Issue Report Register

    Requirements

    • BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or other Technical degree
    • Experience in logistics planning and execution, construction, safety, and procurement
    • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, and volume.
    • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
    • Willing to business travel (domestic/overseas) to project sites to provide functional support.

    Main Functions

    • Manages portfolio of agreements and new requests, enabling efficient and effective purchase of goods and services (from purchase to pay) with a focus on business value, on-time delivery, and cycle time.

    • Implements category strategic guidance and shares portfolio-specific market intelligence to Category Networks.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications
    • Candidates must have at least 3years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
