    QA/QC Engineer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement QA/QC plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and Method Statements.
    • Inspect Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) installations to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
    • Review technical submittals, shop drawings, material approvals, and inspection requests.
    • Coordinate inspections, testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.
    • Raise, monitor, and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Site Observation Reports (SORs), and Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
    • Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and handover documentation.
    • Conduct internal quality audits and monitor compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
    • Work closely with Project Engineers, Site Supervisors, Consultants, and Clients to resolve quality-related issues.
    • Prepare periodic QA/QC reports and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.

    Education

    • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.

    Experience

    • Minimum of 3–6 years' experience in QA/QC within the MEP or construction industry.

    Candidates should possess knowledge of:

    • MEP Installation Standards
    • QA/QC Procedures
    • Inspection & Testing
    • Material Inspection
    • Commissioning
    • ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
    • British Standards, NFPA, IEC and relevant local regulations

    Software

    • Microsoft Office Suite

    Firefighting Technician

    Job Summary

    The Fire Fighting Technician will be responsible for the installation, testing, inspection, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of fire protection systems, including fire sprinkler systems, hydrants, hose reels, fire pumps, and portable fire extinguishers. The successful candidate will ensure all installations comply with approved drawings, applicable standards, and company quality and safety requirements.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Install fire sprinkler, hydrant, hose reel, and fire suppression systems in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
    • Install, service, and maintain fire pumps, valves, pipes, fittings, and associated fire protection equipment.
    • Carry out pressure testing, flushing, testing, and commissioning of fire protection systems.
    • Inspect, maintain, and service portable fire extinguishers and other fire safety equipment.
    • Read and interpret fire protection drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
    • Measure, cut, thread, fabricate, and install fire protection piping.
    • Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on fire protection systems and equipment.
    • Conduct routine inspections to ensure systems remain operational and compliant.
    • Coordinate installation activities with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and civil teams.
    • Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, relevant fire safety standards, and company procedures.
    • Prepare daily work reports and communicate progress to the Project Engineer or Site Supervisor.
    • Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Engineer.

    Education

    • Trade Test Certificate, City & Guilds, OND, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing, Fire Protection, or a related technical discipline.

    Experience

    • Minimum of 3–5 years' experience installing and maintaining fire protection systems within the construction or MEP industry.
    • Experience working on commercial, industrial, or high-rise building projects will be an added advantage.

    Plumbing Technician

    Job Summary

    The Plumbing Technician will be responsible for the installation, testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plumbing, drainage, water supply, and firefighting systems on construction projects. The successful candidate will ensure all installations comply with approved drawings, company standards, and relevant safety regulations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Install plumbing, drainage, water supply, and firefighting systems in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
    • Read and interpret plumbing drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
    • Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, pumps, sanitary fittings, and plumbing fixtures.
    • Conduct pressure testing, leak testing, and system inspections.
    • Diagnose and resolve plumbing faults and defects.
    • Ensure installations comply with relevant building codes, project specifications, and safety standards.
    • Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition.
    • Prepare daily work reports and communicate progress to the Site Supervisor.
    • Observe all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
    • Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Engineer or Site Supervisor.

    Education

    Experience

    • Minimum of 3–5 years' experience as a Plumbing Technician in building construction or MEP projects.
