    Project Manager – Real Estate Development

    Description

    • This role requires a highly experienced construction professional with the leadership capacity to drive projects from concept and planning through construction and delivery, while coordinating multiple stakeholders and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the planning and execution of real estate development projects from inception to completion
    • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and delivery strategies
    • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors
    • Oversee contract negotiation, procurement, and vendor management
    • Conduct regular site supervision and progress reviews to ensure quality and compliance
    • Manage project risks, cost control, and reporting to executive leadership.

    Requirements

    • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field
    • 7 – 10 years experience in construction or real estate development project management
    • Proven experience delivering complex construction or real estate development projects
    • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulatory standards
    • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
    • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
