    Project Manager

    Role Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex, high-value projects and events from initiation through completion. 
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, stakeholder management, budgeting, risk management, and team coordination while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
    • This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
    • The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including Creative, Production, Technical, Logistics, and Operations to deliver exceptional client experiences and business outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities

    Project Planning & Delivery:

    • Lead the end-to-end management of assigned projects and events from concept development to post-project closeout.
    • Translate client requirements into detailed project plans, timelines, deliverables, and execution strategies.
    • Develop and manage project schedules, resource plans, and implementation roadmaps.
    • Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards.
    • Monitor project progress and proactively address issues that may impact delivery.

    Project Coordination & Execution:

    • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of project activities.
    • Align creative, technical, production, logistics, and operational requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Manage project dependencies, priorities, and resource allocation.
    • Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear communication among stakeholders.
    • Drive accountability across teams to achieve project objectives.

    Financial & Commercial Management:

    • Develop and manage project budgets and financial forecasts.
    • Monitor project expenditures and ensure effective cost control.
    • Identify opportunities for cost optimization while maintaining quality standards.
    • Review vendor quotations and negotiate favorable commercial terms where necessary.
    • Support invoicing, project reconciliation, and financial reporting activities.

    Client & Stakeholder Management:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and project stakeholders.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
    • Lead project presentations, status meetings, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
    • Manage client expectations and resolve project-related concerns professionally.
    • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

    Team Leadership & Development:

    • Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to Project Coordinators, Project Associates, and project teams.
    • Foster collaboration, accountability, and high performance across project teams.
    • Support employee development through mentoring and performance feedback.
    • Identify skills gaps and recommend training opportunities where necessary.
    • Contribute to performance evaluation and succession planning initiatives.

    Vendor & Partner Management:

    • Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and external service providers.
    • Oversee vendor selection, onboarding, performance monitoring, and compliance.
    • Ensure vendors meet agreed service levels, quality expectations, and project requirements.
    • Resolve vendor performance issues and contractual concerns when necessary.
    • Support the development of a reliable and high-performing vendor network.

    Risk, Quality & Compliance Management:

    • Identify and assess project risks, dependencies, and potential challenges.
    • Develop mitigation plans and contingency strategies to minimize project disruptions.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
    • Conduct quality assurance reviews throughout project execution.
    • Maintain project documentation and governance standards.

    Event & On-Site Management:

    • Lead on-site execution for assigned projects and events.
    • Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders during live project implementation.
    • Monitor project activities in real time and resolve issues promptly.
    • Ensure seamless delivery and exceptional execution standards.
    • Maintain professionalism and sound decision-making under pressure.

    Reporting & Continuous Improvement:

    • Prepare regular project status reports and executive updates.
    • Conduct post-project reviews and lessons-learned sessions.
    • Document project insights, recommendations, and best practices.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Provide strategic feedback to senior management on project performance and opportunities for improvement.

    Requirements

    Education:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Event Management, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
    • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent will be an added advantage.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in Project Management, Event Management, or a related field.
    • Proven experience managing large-scale, complex, or international projects and events.
    • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects.
    • Strong experience in budgeting, cost control, stakeholder management, and project governance.
    • Experience within events, hospitality, production, marketing, or project-based environments is highly desirable.

    Key Account Manager

    Role Overview

    • The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with assigned strategic clients while driving revenue generation, business expansion opportunities, excellent customer experience, account retention, and seamless service delivery.
    • The role serves as the primary point of contact for key customers and is responsible for understanding client needs, driving account profitability, supporting strategic business growth, resolving operational concerns, and identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expansion of organizational products and services.

    Key Responsibilities

    Account Management & Client Relationship Management:

    • Manage and maintain relationships with assigned key accounts.
    • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the organization.

    • Experience in technology, fintech, mobility, energy, fuel solutions, or related industries is preferred.
