    Key Responsibilities

    • The ideal candidate will have excellent navigation skills, a valid motorcycle license, and a strong commitment to timely and safe delivery of products. 
    • As a Dispatch Rider, you will be the face of our company, ensuring that packages reach our customers efficiently and in excellent condition.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Safely and timely deliver packages and documents to various locations as assigned.
    • Plan the most efficient routes for timely deliveries and pickup.
    • Ensure proper handling and care of goods to avoid damage during transit.
    • Maintain the delivery vehicle in good working condition, performing routine checks and reporting any maintenance issues.
    • Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients during deliveries.
    • Collect payments when necessary and maintain accurate records of deliveries.
    • Communicate effectively with the dispatch team for any updates or changes in delivery schedules.
    • Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safety on the road.

    Requirements
