    Project Administrator

    The Project Administrator /DCC provides administrative, coordination, and documenation support to the project team to ensure the efficient planning, execution and completion of projects. The role supports project Engineers and Managers by Managing documentation, coordinating project activities, tracking deliverables and ensuring compliance with company procedures and client requirements.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Project Documentation and Record Managment
    • Project Planning, scheduling and coordination support
    • Project tracking and communication
    • Preparation of Project reports and status updates
    • Preparation and monitoring of project budgets.

    Requirements, Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Engineering, Project Managment, Business Administration or related field.
    • Proficiency in the use of computers, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).

    Instrumentation Engineer

    Key Duties/Responsibilities:

    Design and Specification of Instruments and Systems

    • Selection and Specification: Choosing appropriate instruments, control systems, and components based on the project requirements (temperature, pressure, flow, level sensors, etc.).
    • System Design: Designing instrumentation layouts and control systems, including wiring diagrams, P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), and loop diagrams.
    • Control Strategies: Designing control strategies for complex systems, ensuring proper integration between various devices and equipment.

    Installation and Commissioning

    • Installation Planning: Overseeing the installation of instrumentation systems, ensuring they are set up according to specifications and safety standards.
    • Commissioning: Ensuring that all instruments and systems are functioning properly, performing tests, calibration, and adjustments.
    • Documentation: Creating detailed documentation on installation procedures, system configurations, and equipment for future reference.

    Maintenance and Troubleshooting

    • Routine Maintenance: Developing and implementing maintenance schedules for the instruments and control systems to ensure they are in proper working condition.
    • Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and fixing faults in control systems and instruments, using tools like PLCs (programmable logic controllers) and SCADA systems to identify issues.
    • Calibration: Regularly calibrating instruments to ensure accuracy and precision.

    System Integration and Automation

    • Automation Control Systems: Designing and integrating automated control systems to optimize process performance (e.g., Distributed Control Systems (DCS), SCADA).
    • Communication Protocols: Ensuring seamless communication between field instruments, PLCs, and control systems using industry-standard communication protocols (Modbus, HART, Profibus, etc.).

    Process Optimization and Control

    • Performance Analysis: Analyzing data from instruments to monitor the performance of the system and suggest improvements.
    • Process Control: Implementing feedback control loops (PID controllers) and other strategies to optimize system performance, ensuring desired parameters are maintained.

    Compliance and Safety

    • Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that instrumentation and control systems comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety codes (e.g., ISA, IEC).
    • Safety Instrumented Systems: Designing and implementing safety systems (e.g., emergency shutdown systems, SIL-rated systems) to prevent accidents and ensure safe operation.

    Requirements, Qualifications, and Skills:

    • Bachelor's in Engineering or any related technological field.
    • 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience with instrumentation, especially in the oil and gas industry.
    • Proven technical and analytical skills to quickly investigate and resolve issues with instruments, valves, and other field devices.
    • Experience with the oil and gas environments.
    • Demonstrate knowledge of validation requirements for field instruments.

    Rigger

    We are seeking for a Rigger at Engineering Automation Technology Ltd's base location. The role requires precision, safety awareness, and adherence to operational protocols.

    • Inspect and prepare loads for lifting and moving
    • Select appropriate rigging equipment (slings, ropes, pulleys, cranes, etc.)
    • Attach loads securely to lifting devices
    • Signal or direct crane operators during lifting operations
    • Ensure load stability and balance before and during lifting
    • Inspect rigging gear regularly for safety and compliance
    • Follow all safety procedures and industry regulations
    • Dismantle rigging equipment after use

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • SSCE or equivalent
    • Certification in rigging (e.g., basic/intermediate/advanced rigging)

    Crane Operator

    We are seeking a Crane Operator responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift, move, position, and place materials and equipment at Engineering Automation Technology Ltd's base, construction sites, warehouse, and industrial facilities. The role requires precision, safety awareness, and adherence to operational protocols.

    • Operate mobile, tower, overhead, or hydraulic cranes to lift and transport heavy loads.
    • Inspect crane equipment daily to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
    • Follow load charts and lifting capacity guidelines to prevent accidents.
    • Communicate with ground crews using hand signals, radios, or other communication devices.
    • Perform routine maintenance and report mechanical issues promptly.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, site procedures, and industry standards.
    • Assist in rigging and securing loads before lifting.
    • Maintain accurate records of operations, inspections, and maintenance activities.

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Valid crane operator certification/license.
    • Proven experience operating cranes in construction, shipping, or industrial environments.
    • Strong knowledge of load charts, rigging techniques, and safety procedures.
    • Physical stamina and good hand-eye coordination.
    • Ability to work in varying weather conditions and heights.
