    Our client, a fast-growing Finance House is seeking to fill the role of a Product Manager.
    In this role, the suitable candidate will be responsible for providing both strategic and operational direction, guidance and leadership for relationship managers and the marketing department of the
    organisation. The ideal role holder will work with the executive management to design, develop and drive the company’s group of products and services.
    Job Description:
    Products research and development

    • Overseeing marketing and relationship management department
    • Evaluating and developing marketing strategies.
    • Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts.
    • Competitor research.
    • Understanding and developing budgets and finance, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
    • Identifying potential customers and business development
    • Relationship management and leadership of relationship managers
    • Developing and managing advertising campaigns.
    • Building brand awareness and positioning.
    • Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
    • Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish.
    • Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
    • Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing.

    Person Specification:

    • Minimum of 8 years relevant working experience with at least 3 years spent as Head of Marketing/Business Development in a Finance Company/Financial Services Sector.
    • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Banking and Finance or related disciplines from any recognised institution
    • Should belong to relevant professional bodies.

    Team Lead, Retail Sales

    Job Description

    • This candidate is required to manage and provide strategic leadership and oversight to the Retail Sales Team, develop key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans, successfully execute these strategies to achieve financial targets, and build relationships and understand customer trends.
    • Your ability to be successful in this role will require great business acumen, markets/industry awareness, Customer Relationship Management, Knowledge of Products & Services, Selling of Products & Services, Strong Negotiation skills, Networking, Good Presentation Skill, Organizing & Time Management skill.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate, oversee and deliver an annual operating plan.
    • Achieve sales growth and budgeted growth using technology, developing winning strategies and people development.
    • Assess the business and develop business plans that support corporate retail initiatives and track the results.
    • Understands the features and benefits of the Vetiva’s products, services and platform offering.
    • Manage the measurement and analysis of internal processes to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of those processes.
    • Ensure operational activities meet with and integrate with organisational requirements for quality service delivery.
    • Develop the functional, methodological, interpersonal, and personal skills of members of the Retail Sales Team with measurable goals that tie into the overall retail plan.
    • Lead and develop customer focused teams that represent the ideals of Vetiva, with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
    • Build effective partnerships with support departments to maximize overall performance of Retail division.
    • Ensure direct reporting line is fully informed of operational objectives, purposes, and achievements.
    • Collate, review and report on economic factors/forces that may affect/shift sales Target and tactical budgets.
    • Perform any other responsibility as assigned by the Group Head, Sales.

    Experience & Qualifications

    • 6 - 8 years post-NYSC qualification experience.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, or Business- related discipline.
    • Master’s degree in Business Administration an added advantage.
    • Relevant Professional Qualification.

    Bus Driver

    Job Summary

    • Practice safe driving habits and follow all safety regulations and standards
    • Complete documentation such as logs, mileage, and passenger reports
    • Follow schedules and rerouting in timely manner when faced with traffic or congestion
    • Ensure vehicle is in good working condition at all times

    Person Specification

    • Candidate must possess at least an SSCE/ OND qualification.
    • Excellent driving skill with a minimum of two years' experience
    • Possess valid driver’s license.
    • Must not be older than 55 years.
    • Must have good knowledge of Lagos routes.
    • Ability to work shifts and on weekends.
    • Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g., at rush hour).
