Job Expectations
You will own the delivery of features within our remittance and off-ramp products, writing clear PRDs and user stories and working daily with engineering, design, compliance, and operations to ship.
You will run discovery with users, define success metrics for your features and use funnel and transaction data to prioritize and iterate.
You will manage the day-to-day relationship with assigned payment and payout partners, tracking SLAs and coordinating integrations, with commercial negotiations led by senior colleagues.
You will translate compliance requirements into product flows with support from our compliance team.
You will contribute to roadmap planning with well-argued proposals backed by data.
You will support incident response for your product areas and communicate status clearly to users and internal teams

You understand KYC and AML at a working level and have built or modified a flow that had compliance requirements.
You are comfortable with product analytics tools, can pull your own data, and have used it to make a prioritisation call.
You write clearly, communicate proactively, and take ownership beyond your ticket queue.
