Procurement Managers at Olam Agri

• Run procurement units and achieve procurement volume targets as specified by business.
• Ensure suppliers evaluations on various risk and on-board them for meeting volumes.
• Coordinate and run cleaning plant to achieve required parameters(quality/yield/volumes).
• Warehousing of procured goods and ensure zero stock loss/pilferages for same.
• Manage logistics and ensure goods are safely transported from up-country warehouses to factory/port premises.
• Handle full fledge team consisting of warehousing/quality/dispatch/operations/FA’s etc. to get desired output.

Requirements

• At least minimum of 5 years working experience.
• Proficient in MS-Word/Excel and daily MIS reporting.
• Accounting abilities to prepare and monitor budgets( Actual Vs Projected).
• Manage funding for the crop and ensure Zero outstanding at the close of the season.
• Crop study/filed trips and pre-season survey to provide ground reports for the management.
• Competitor and market analysis to stay ahead of the curve and take proactive measures for meeting business goals.
