    Procurement Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Manager to join our team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support in developing and implementing procurement strategies that ensure cost savings, quality and timely delivery of goods and services.
    • Support in end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, vendor selection, negotiations, contracting and purchase order management.
    • Ensure all purchases comply with company policies, quality standards and budgetary guidelines.
    • Continuously evaluate vendors to ensure optimal performance, pricing and adherence to service-level agreements.
    • Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and ensure seamless execution of projects.
    • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, pricing shifts and potential opportunities for savings.
    • Implement cost-saving measures and supply chain optimization initiatives.
    • Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and reports for management decisions.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
    • Professional certifications (CIPS, CPSM or equivalent) are a strong advantage.
    • 3–5 years proven experience in procurement, supply chain or purchasing roles.
    • Experience in an experiential, fabrication agency or similar is preferred.
    • Strong negotiation, analytical and vendor management skills.
    • Excellent knowledge of procurement best practices, market research and sourcing techniques.
    • High proficiency in MS Office and procurement software/tools.
    • Strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • High level of integrity, accountability and attention to details.

    IT Manager

    Job Summary

    • The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company’s IT strategy, infrastructure, systems security, policy & procedures development, implementation & ensuring compliance as well as technological innovation initiatives.
    • The ideal candidate will provide leadership in planning, implementing, managing, and maintaining IT systems that support business growth and operational excellence.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement the company’s IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
    • Oversee IT infrastructure, email software, networks, servers, cloud systems, and enterprise applications.
    • Ensure data security, cybersecurity compliance, and risk management on all relevant technology assets across the organization.
    • Lead technological transformation initiatives and technology innovation projects.
    • Manage relevant IT vendor relationships and manage all IT related assets within the organization.
    • Ensure data recovery and data backup systems are effective.
    • Provide strategic guidance to the management on technology investments and utilization.
    • Oversee system upgrades, software deployment, and hardware procurement.
    • Ensure IT policies, procedures, and compliance standards are maintained.
    • Educate staff members on the IT policies and procedures, drive implementation & consistent compliance with said policies, as they align with relevant technological & data protection laws.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
    • Minimum of 3 years’ progressive IT experience.
    • Strong knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and enterprise systems.
    • Experience managing IT infrastructure in a fast-paced corporate environment.
    • Professional certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP, Microsoft certification, or similar) are an advantage.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
