About the role:
This role will support the Pharmacy benefit unit in the administration of drugs to enrollees:
Responsibilities;
Assist in organizing and dispensing drugs to enrollees
Provide assistance to medical operations team in any formulary concerns and pharmacy related decisions
Assist in monitoring drug utilizations and claims processing
Provide customer support regarding medication therapy
Drug stock management and inventory control
Requirements
Pharmacy Technician Certificate issued by PCN
Good Clinical skills
Proficiency in MS Office tools
Excellent administrative skills
Communication skills
Interpersonal skills
Organizational skills
